“Great location”
Location was great. Room small but bathroom larger than expected for a small room. Was perfect for my husband & I first trip to Paris.
“We would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat”
My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. The room is very clean and has a modern contemporary feel. Those at the front desk are very nice, they speak english well, though I did speak in french so i could practice. Most importantly, the location is perfect. The hotel is close to Michelin star restaurants, the Louvre, and brasseries/boulangeries less than a minute away! We would stay here again easily. The price is right, the location is excellent, rooms in greats shape, and the people are friendly. We could not ask for anything more for a hotel in Paris. No need to waste your money on the higher priced hotels - stay here and spend your hotel cost savings on France's great cuisine and exploring the city.
“Can't Wait to go back”
This Hotel was very convienant and location was perfect. I would return and stay every trip/
“Will Book This Hotel Again!”
We would recommend this four star hotel to anyone who is visiting Paris, and wants to be located next to the Louvre... It is in a very old, but beautiful part of Paris... Very convenient, as it is located only a couple of blocks from the Louvre, the River, the boat taxis, and lovely cafe's and restaurants... Very quoint and romatic... The decor is contemporary artistic, very clean and well maintained... excellent AC, and the service was the best... A very nice place to stay while visiting Paris, France... The only objection was that the elivator and the rooms are very small, but beautiful and new...
“Great place near the Louvre”
Excellent place to stay. Very close to all the attractions and the metro.
“A Stay”
Good location, easy access to the metro, shopping, dining.
“Love the hotel and the location.. stingy on the soap”
The hotel is really convenient. Location: One block from the metro (we took it everywhere). Two blocks from the Lourve so after late night dinner and drinks if you want to unwind in the courtyards of the Lourve (it’s open all night), it’s beautiful. Don’t have breakfast at the hotel. There are plenty of little cafes within 2 block radius (outdoor seating with heat lamps too) to have cheap breakfast. If you go in the direction of the Lourve there is a square of Hotel du Lourve with some nice restaurants and café’s like Café Rue. Take a walk towards the Opera to see some nice Parisian architecture. Hotel: Deluxe room was quite spacious and had a little patio with the fire exit to look out into the courtyard. Bathroom was really big (even for American standards). There is only a hand held shower and the rain, which was a little tough to get used to. They should just install a stand higher in the tub for the hand held so it can used as a shower if needed (as in other European countries). Love the idea of a towel warmer in the bathroom. House keeping was good but my only disappointment is that they wouldn’t replenish the soap in the bathroom. I was at the hotel for 8 days and I had to go ask for soap everyday. You need new soap everyday since the size of the soap is so small it gets unusably small after 2 uses. Staff is quite friendly and helpful. Overall a Thumbs Up.
“Good Location”
We were generally comfortable. The room had a view of all the other rooms which was mostly distressing! Our room (Deluxe) was larger than most European rooms and recently redecorated, but they didn't bother to install any drawers...we had to throw our non-hanging clothes on the shelf with the safe. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable.
“Room is to small”
Room was too tiny, breakfast was not included
“Very Enjoyable”
Everything was great. Location was very good. We have been to Paris on four previous occassions and this was the best for price. We Americans should learn to conserve power as the French the automatic power turn off were a great idea.
