A great hotel in ParisPosted Sep 11, 2014
Cons: You might include information that tells customers that the air conditioner will take time to turn on. We did learn this, but it wasn't obvious.
Location: Everything in Paris is within an easy metro ride from here. Many places can be visited by walking.
The location is perfect, especially for first-timers in Paris. We were able to get to everything so easily from here. The Madeleine metro stop was just a block or two from the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel near Place de la MadeleinePosted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Location, great staff, free wifi, comfortable beds.
Cons: It can't be changed, but it would have been nice if the toilet was in the same room as the sink.
Location: Very close to Metro stop (Madeleine). Walking distance to Rue Cambon, Rue du Faubourg Saint Honore, Place Vendome, Place de la Concorde, Tuilleries.
We visit Paris often and like the particular area in which the hotel is located. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Best Western Premier Opera Richepanse. The staff was helpful and professional, and fluent in multiple languages. We had a very nice five-night stay at the Best Western Premier Opera Richepanse and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent Location; Small RoomPosted Jun 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is ideally situated between Madeline and Concorde Metro stations (can hear slight rumbling of metro trains but not annoying) and so close to so many of the attractions, Champs Elysees, Louvre, Seine. The hotel is very clean, but the rooms are very small. The bathroom was next to the left side of the bed, and light switch outside, so if one needs to use restroom in night, no way to ignore. Also, no hotel bar, nor an ironing board in room (although one is available to use). Sufficient wardrobe, desk and windows did a nice job drowning out street noise. Also, staff was very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning works well -- a cool room was critical for our party and why I selected this particular hotel. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Perfect for ParisPosted May 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Larger room, fast wifi, 2 blocks from Concorde and Jardin de Tuilleries. Staff was incredibly friendly, wonderful breakfast downstairs in the breakfast cave, great dining across the street. Umbrellas to use and a walk to Champs Élysées, the Louvre and Opera within a 5 to 10 min walk. Loved this place.

Good location, relatively decent prices.Posted Apr 18, 2014
Pros: Location, relative price, cleanliness and comfort
Location: Close to shopping, Tuilleries gardens, opera and the Louvre.
One word of caution: There was a rather continuous intermittent rumble which I finally came to assume was from the Metro under the place. I just got kinda used to it.....

Our stay was great! Loved the hotel and location. The only negative thing would be the room was musty smelling and we had to air it out each night.

Very friendly staff, great locationPosted Apr 4, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: heating system
We stayed here for 2 nights in March. The staff were very helpful and gave us directions and a map to find our way round. We arrived early and the room was not ready but they took our luggage and it was in our room later when we came back. The room was very comfortable even though it was a bit dated. Shower worked perfectly. Bed was comfortable. The room was a little too warm and if you opened the windows it was a bit noisey. It was a bit noisey in the early mornings too, even though it is a side street. We didn't have breakfast but there were some lovely cafe's across the road that served our needs. The only negative was that we had power cuts on both days and had to go downstairs to tell someone, they put the power on straight away so it was only a problem on Sunday morning having to go downstairs in the dressing gown lol. Great location, we walked to the Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame but the Metro is nearby and very cheap if you want to choose that option.

Perfect Paris HotelPosted Mar 28, 2014
Everything you would want in a Paris hotel. Charming hotel with exposed beams on the ceiling of our room. Roomy, especially by European standards. Very comfortable beds. Excellent shower, even by American standards, with plenty of hot water. In the beautiful Madeleine shopping district. Several cafes and restaurants right on the block. Very helpful bilingual staff. Walking distance to several must-see Paris sights and steps from a Metro stop to take you to the rest. Very reasonable winter rates. The only negative was that our room was very warm, even with the thermostat turned off. I would highly recommend to a friend and stay here again.
