Lovely hotel in a great locationPosted Dec 8, 2014 on Hotels.com
My husband and I stayed at the Saint Michel for 5 nights recent, the hotel location is fantastic and the staff are very nice. We did feel that the waitress working for breakfast was under pressure most mornings. The choice for breakfast was very good but the room is extremely small and only holds 19 people. We walked up the stairs on most occasions rather than wait for the tiny lift.

Dejligt hotel, men ubehøvlet personalePosted Nov 28, 2014 on Hotels.com

Terrible stay, the hotel is very poorly managedPosted Nov 27, 2014
Pros: The rooms are clean, the hotel is conveniently located.
Cons: The improvement of the quality of service is a major priority, as well as the modernization of the facilities (elevator, room keys...)
Location: Great location, in the heart of Paris
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Here are the points of dissatisfaction: 1) When I arrived on the day of the check-in, at 10 am, the room was not ready yet. Nonetheless, the staff was not pleased to see me arrive that early and was very unpleasant. They also did not offer any option for me to change of clothes. 2) The room key kept being demagnetised, so I needed to go back to the reception every time I was going back to my room in order to be able to get in the room. 3) The lift was not in service due to a "technical problem". My room was on the 6th floor of the hotel... 4) The hotel does not have any power converter. It is a shame for a supposedly international hotel.

Mediocre at bestPosted Nov 27, 2014
I stayed one night at this hotel, probably wouldn't do so again if I had a choice. Here are the main points. Downsides: - Rude staff, very difficult trying to get anthing done - Already opened water bottles in room - not sure if these had been left over from a previous occupant or what - In a very popular area - can be noisy at night. Woke up a few times with people outside the hotel (and thats being on the top floor) - Easy to miss the hotel when trying to find it for the first time. Plussides: + Easy to get to public transport + Close to tourist attractions + Lots of restaurants nearby

Near all the nice small restaurants and Notre DamePosted Nov 26, 2014 on Hotels.com
Small , but very expensive room. Internal lift was very small, stairs not easy to walk on (did "tilt" to one site). Reception guy smooking in the doorway to entrance. Rooms noisy , you could narly hear what your next room person was speaking about. Simply to expensve for the quality

great location but certainly not a 4 star hotelPosted Nov 23, 2014
the hotel is perfectly located. the mertro is right on the door step and notre dame church is across the street. it is clean on the bad side it isn't a 4 star hotel! the elevator is the smallest i have ever seen (2 people can barely squeez in) and the dining room can hold about 16 people tops. good place to put your head but certainly not luxurious .
