Very pleasant hotel, hard to find, cab driver had a tough time finding it. Extremly close to the major attractions. Hotel staff not very friendly but helpful when asked. Thre are a few homless people around this area but they did not bother us in any way.

Happy days in ParisPosted Jun 9, 2013
Pros: Location, the Best Western Hotels are everywhere in Paris
Cons: Size of room
Location: Close of the Metro and the Arc de Triumph. Close to where our coach tour departed.
The room (#404, forth floor) was small but well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The airconditioning worked well but we opened the window which opened into an atrium. This is our third Best Western Hotel we have stayed at in Paris. Twice at this hotel They have all been small rooms but well appointed and very clean. The staff have always been very helpful. We now know what to expect in the rooms and would be more than happy to stay in another BW hotel in Paris.

Pleasant stayPosted Apr 23, 2013
Pros: good location, friendly front desk lady
Cons: small lift, old building, I saw ants in the room
We had a pleasant stay at the best western star. It is only 5 minutes walk from the arc, very convenient to walk to most downtown Paris tourist spots. The room is small, but the bathroom looks like it is newly renovated with a good-size shower.

good for one personPosted Oct 25, 2012
really small area to live in. everything is small room, bathroom, elevator. Walls are really thin can hear what other people are doing. But the staff are very helpful, thats a really big plus.asking them anything about the area and they will assist any way they can.

Great location and price for anyonePosted Aug 20, 2012
Pros: My favorite thing about the hotel was the location and staff.
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
Location: Such a convenient location - near the Arc and transportation lines.
The hotel was conveniently located near the Arc de Triomphe. It is also only blocks from a major metro and RER station. There is a nice little grocery store nearby where you can get snacks. The room is small but in Paris space is at a premium (we've had smaller in NYC for the same reason). The staff was VERY nice and even was able to get us tickets at a discount to some of the destinations that we wanted to go to. The room itself was very well kept and we enjoyed our stay very much.
