Nice flat with access to central Paris.Posted Jul 14, 2014
Cons: We could have used a fan.
Four of us spent three nights in the flat. It was centrally located and convenient to groceries and attractions.

Close to attractions, metro and grocery.Posted Jul 13, 2014
Very nice experience! Nice room with all appliances. Close - walking distance - to Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, etc. We really enjoyed the trip. No problems with check-in/out, got the keys from the specified location and left them on the table at check-out.

Last minute change by bridgestreet bad experiencePosted Jun 14, 2014
Due to the last minute change of apartment location by them, ended up a terribly expensive commute and wasted time in traveling time.

Nice apartment close to sightseeing spotsPosted Jun 2, 2014
Pros: The location
Cons: communication before the stay
Location: too many to list.
Except for the experience of picking up the key, the place was really nice.

Nice accommodations but confusion on key pick upPosted Aug 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
The place was excellent but there was confusion with the check-in process with regards to key pick up. This process needs to be communicated better at time of booking - not later. (The email sent with instructions was after our trip had started and was not seen) All worked out but almost was a major issue as our family almost had all luggage out on the street at the wrong location! Other than a dishwasher that did not work properly, it was a super apartment and location.
Fifth floor, no elevator.Posted Jul 9, 2013 on Hotels.com
The apartment was pretty nice, with everything you would need with a few exceptions. There was no A/C, which would be fine if there was a fan. Very hot when we were there, especially after climbing five flights of stairs. Could also be a better process for getting the key.

“It is an apartment and not a hotel”Posted Oct 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
Bridge Street is a company that acts like a broker they rent for you an apartment that they do not own them. If you are going to stay, like more than ten day it is worth it to stay with them but take care from some steps they do not show you the apartment before you take it. You do not know exactly the address of the apartment until you go there. For the service, if you need extra bed or pillow for example it will take one day.

Comfy apartament in a central locationPosted Apr 3, 2012 on Hotels.com
Very good apartment, lots of space and the home away from home feeling. Reservation works oerfectly if you follow instructions. Ap is fully equipped. On the less brighter side the elevator is small (be prepared to do many rides if you carry more many big suitcases); and the street can be somehow noisy, even with closed windows. I would definitely come back to this hotel, specially because of its size, convenience and very good rates.

Great location and place to stay in ParisPosted Mar 18, 2012
Pros: Location and spacious apartment
Cons: Wireless didn't work
Location: Close to metro, bus lines and good location in Paris.
Great apartment very close to metro & bus stations. Only a few blocks from champs ellysees. This does not have a front desk abd is actually a furnished apartment. This was great for our family of 4 and a very good value. I highly recommend Bridgestreet and would stay with them Again.
