Location: Location on Metro Line1 is ideal as this gives access to 90% of the major sites
Lovely apartment with everything we required including free computer access for we old folks without our own computer. Plenty of bistrots around the area. Easy access to Metro Line 1

Great stay. All that I needed close to the hotel, especially Franprix in front and metro station just on the corner.

Pros: staff
Cons: rooms
Location: the location is great. 2 to 3 minute walk to the metro and has restaurants, mcdonalds, grocery, and pharmacy store nearby.
the hotel looks really nice in pictures but the upkeep of the room is terrible. it wasn't what is shown in the pictures at all. the bathroom was moldy, not very clean, that we had to request for a new room even if the new one was a bit smaller than the first one. the staff however are attentive and very warm. we arrived earlier but they gave us a room right away. when we wanted a change of room, it was given to us the next day. a friend of mine who came from netherlands was having difficulty locating the hotel and she was picked up by the staff. I was very happy with the customer service.

Prep for Fall in Paris
Posted Jan 19, 2012
Pros: location and staff
Cons: appliances
Location: great
Nice space for Euorope. Good location for the metro, and explore around the hotel/apartment area; there are many interesting markets, restaurants, etc. The appliances were lacking in that frig sort of worked, and only one of three wall heaters worked. It was wet and damp during our stay. Rained every day October 9-15 , 2012; but still worth it.

Satisfactory Stay
Posted Jan 22, 2012
Pros: cleanliness
Cons: poor shuttle service to airport
Location: great location to Metro, close to many tourist attractions, shops
The room was clean and spacious. It had a kitchenette, tub and shower which was very useful. The bed was very comfortable and that is always a plus and coffee was complimentary...again another plus. My husband and I were very pleased with the overall experience and staff were very friendly especially the Lady Clerk. The wake up call feature did not work so bring your own alarm clock and you need to book two days in advance for shuttle service to airport so you might end up paying twice as much for a taxi...

My time in Paris

Pros: Helpful staff. Free wireless. They let me keep my bike in the luggage room/
Location: A nice area close to the subway and train station. Good kebob places nearby.
I had a the studio apartment with a comfortable bedroom, balcony, and a separate kitchenette and bathroom. The staff were very helpful and the wireless is free. The subway is just around the corner and the Gare de Lyon train station is nearby. The breakfast was fine with a good choice of pastries, toast, eggs and cereal. There is a boulangerie just around the corner where the pastries are very tasty and much cheaper than the hotel breakfast. There are restaurants handy as well but I was by myself and ate mostly kebob et frites from take-outs just down the road. I brought my bike and they let me keep it against the wall in the back of the luggage room. Make sure you do some biking in Paris. Do the Fat Tire Bike tours (the night one especially) and then rent a bike on your own. There are many bike lanes. Follow what the parisien cyclists do. Be very careful about pickpockets. Visit the Cluny museum.
