Good LocationPosted Nov 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel location was good with amenities close by and mini supermarket across the road though the staff were nice their local knowledge was not so good, also no tourist type local maps available with key locations shown. Only metro maps available. Hotel clean but basic... Nothing worth raving to your mates about....

Ok budget accomodation.Posted Nov 5, 2013
Pros: The price, location ok.
Cons: Everything but then the price would go up.
Location: Metro very handy, good laundromat next door. Good coffee across the road.
Some staff better than others. Desk staff woke us up twice at 9.30 pm with phone calls trying to get a signature THEY FORGOT.

Great location, good valuePosted Oct 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stayed here for 4 nights with my family - 4 persons including 2 kids. Great location- the nearest metro station is barely 1 min walk and connects to all the main attractions of Central Paris thru metro line 1. Gare de Lyon train station is hardly 10 mins walk. There's a nice supermarket Marché Franprix right across the road, and plenty of other shops, bistros, cafés around. Rooms are smallish but there is a nice balcony and well equipped kitchenette; and the staff was quite polite- which is a bit unusual in Paris! Would recommend this as a very convenient and practical option. Tres bien :-)

Decent hotel close to a subway stationPosted Sep 5, 2013
Pros: Close to a subway station and 20mins from the closest train station. They serviced the room though not included.Wi-fi included albeit slow.
Cons: Cleanliness in the room especially upkeep and ridding the smell of cigarette smoke would be a great plus.Air-conditioning please.
Location: Close to subway station. Walking distance to bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, and shops.
When I booked my stay, I was expecting a room closer to the pictures on their website. Perhaps other rooms in the hotel are better, but room 103 is in dire need of a good cleaning and some renovating. My family arrived early and the hotel staff was kind enough to give us a room.It ends there. The room had hand prints on the walls, the carpet (hard-wood flooring on the pics) had an area that smelled of urine, for a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarette smoke. There is no air-conditioning in the room. It may not have mattered, but being on the first floor, it was noisy to sleep with the windows open. We could hear the street noise. Not very restful for a vacation. Some of the lightbulbs required changing. They serviced the room even though it was not included. I am a light packer so I like to wash my clothes. They have a washer and dryer available for customer use, but the washer was finicky that the clerk at reception had to come help. Unusual for an apartment-hotel.I would think they would have better equipment available for their long-term customers. The staff do not all speak English. It is not a problem for my family and I, but I expected better in a hotel expecting people from out of town. The wi-fi is slow. They have a printer in the lobby for their guests. This is a nice touch. The hotel is a bit out of the way from center Paris. It is positive when it comes to eating out. Less line-ups.Food is excellent everywhere you go in Paris.

Basic but a comfortable stayPosted Jun 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Hotel prices can be so high in Paris and the lower priced options can be of a poor standard. Citadines was basic but clean. The room was not cleaned daily. Reception staff wew always helpful and polite. Plenty of space in the room and the kitchen facilities are useful

Location: Location on Metro Line1 is ideal as this gives access to 90% of the major sites
Lovely apartment with everything we required including free computer access for we old folks without our own computer. Plenty of bistrots around the area. Easy access to Metro Line 1

for a 20th wedding anniversary we took a self contained apartment..was close to all local produce and restaurants( spoiled for food.. all around). the unit was prefect as well as all the staff..with no linguistic barrier ,who showed us how and when to get around by metro, to all the places we wished to see..would easily stay again and hope to soon....

Kinda disappointed.Posted Apr 27, 2013 on Hotels.com
Location was great, easy walk to Gare de Lyon, great restaurants and markets nearby. Lobby looked fine but the rooms need major work especially the bathrooms. Cracks and paints on the walls were visible and not very attractive. Overall the hotel looked really run down, the lobby will fool you into thinking the rest of the hotel is nice but it needs major remodeling.

Great locationPosted Apr 23, 2013 on Hotels.com
I'm happy I chose this apartment-hotel as Metro is a few meters away and about 5-10 mins walk from Gare de Lyon station which saves you the taxi ride. There is a supermart across the hotel and food establishments around. The Lebanese restaurant beside the supermarket is affordable and good food.. Wifi is free and can accommodate 4 persons. The reception staff are courteous and helpful, Even if we didnt avail of the breakfast, we were given free coffee which is great.
