Well located with great staffPosted May 20, 2014
Pros: Clean hotel and friendly staff
Cons: Add some air freshener in the hallway, jush to remove the funny smell
Location: Walking distance to Garnier opera and Laffayette galery. Metro in the corner and easy access to two different conections to the tour city bus.
This is nice small aparthotel, that provides what they offered. Staff is very hand-on and helful from our arrivel to the day we leaved. Special thanks to Guillermo. The location its excellent close to Garnier opera, Laffayette galery, and many other stores. With metro in the corner and easy access to two lines of hop on/hop off bus

Great room size for the pricePosted May 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Traveling with 2 small children this hotel made it easy as it had a kitchenette and separate bedroom to be able to separate the children for early bedtimes. Location was next to several metro stops and lots of good restaurants in the area. Staff was friendly, nice and spoke perfect English.

Good All Rounder for 4 PeoplePosted Mar 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent service from the front desk. Very friendly and helpful for tourists. Reception area has no bar but does have a free nespresso machine and filtered water. We had a family room. Room was unusually spacious but tired. Needs new carpets, furniture, etc. Shower sprayed water all over bathroom floor. Bottled water supplied in kitchen. Overall it was not bad but not fantastic, it was good value. I would stay here again.

Great LocationPosted Dec 16, 2013
Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean spacious and very convenient.
Cons: A bar in the hotel would be good but there is one just outside.
Location: Great location close to the metro. Loads of shops and cafes outside and the whole city very easily reached by the metro outside!
Booked this hotel when on a great Offer From Expedia. Great location. Got off the Eurostar at Gare du Nord. The hotel could have been reached easily on the Metro although we opted for a cab as we had cases. After a short 10 minute cab ride costing 10 euros we arrived at the hotel. The hotel is right on a metro line which is ideal to get around the city. Local shops are a plenty along with bars and cafe's. Hard rock cafe is within walking distance. Also a great American bar just past the OPERA train station. We both had a great time in Paris seeing many sites, bars and cafes. One tip is to get your metro tickets on the Eurostar there. A 'CARNET' of 10 did us for the weekend and cost £11.40!)

The staff were friendly and the location convenient to shops, bakeries, restaurants, metro and walking distance to the Lourve. The only negative was the noisy bar downstairs as the patrons would get louder and louder until 6.30am. Fortunately, we were so tired we slept through the noise but were often woken at 5am (jet lag probably didn't help). We didn't mind as it was an experience listening to the French conversations and singing. The staff were friendly and understanding of our lack of French language.

Metro lines two within a block could go anywhere fairly quick. Had a very usable kitchen . Just 1/2 block off main road so no road noise.

good location, close to Metro, restaurants, barsPosted Oct 4, 2013
Pros: We like it because they have kitchen complete with utensils, pots and pan, fridge, toilet is separate from bathroom, bed is comfy and central location
Cons: floor tiles and carpet could use a little upgrade, faster wi-fi
staff are friendly, our unit is clean and the location helps us get to where we want to go easy.

It would not be fair to rate our experience although the hotel appeared quite nice. We spent approx. 20mins in the foyer waiting to be allocated our room. (booked for 4 seniors) We eventually went up in the lift to the room. It was located next to a scene of major repairs in progress. Inside was not like any of the picture advertised - more appropriated for 2 adults and two children - no comfortable seating for 4 seniors! We listened to noisy repairs all afternoon and left that evening - did not stay the night.

BE AWARE- misleading pictures! Worse than expectedPosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Location, apartment was good size.
Cons: Rooms need updating, carpet needs changing. Cleaning standards need to be improved- shower curtains to be replaced. WIFI should be much better.
We decided to book this hotel because of the location and also the photos on Expedia looked great. However, the apartment we had was extremely run down, carpets are in desperate need of changing, I felt squeamish to walk in my bare feet and had to constantly wear my shoes as the carpet looked very old and dirty. I think is very unprofessional to advertise a place and show photos that are nowhere close to reality. The bed linen was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were in need of a good scrub and the shower curtain was covered in mould. The kitchen was clean and well equipped but we hardly used it. Also we stayed with two young children, and the apartment had two floors with a very narrow spiral stair case, which is always a worry with little ones. This was not mentioned in the description and of course no photos of this are advertised. We had contact with three different receptionists. Only one of them was actually helpful and welcoming, whilst the other two seemed like they couldn't be bothered at all. The location was good, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and nice shops. 20 minutes walking distance from The Louvre. WIFI was very hit and miss and we ended up having to activate our data roaming.
