convenient hotelPosted Jul 28, 2015
We stayed one night before leaving for Provence. The room was big with a separate kitchen and we liked it very much. We stayed 2 nights again after we finished the trip. And the room was very small and not as as good as the first one. The room was not cleaned after we stayed one night. But overall the location was very convent and next to a big mall . Will book it again when we come back to Paris next time.

Very convenient location.Posted Jul 27, 2015
We stayed here for our first family vacation to Paris. We were surprised at the spacious one bedroom suite. The hotel is at a very convenient location (Metro station , Mall everything close by). Hotel staff were nice and very helpful and could speak understand English very well. We paid 70 euro from airport for cab to this location.

UnorganisedPosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy, complementary drinks in reception, free wifi.
Cons: Check in procedure, it seemed to go on for ages and if there was one member of staff and you wanted to ask a simple question you were waiting ages.
Location: Metro across the road so really handy, nice places to eat in around the area.
As two female friends travelling we requested twin beds, they couldn't provide us with this request - said Expedia hadn't passed on the info even though they had (we later found out). Unorganised as when they swapped us to a twin room, they told us to go to two different rooms all of which were doubles, we were not happy as we had to haul our luggage all over the hotel, the manager was apologetic and said the maids hadn't passed on the info. When they swapped our room to the twin it was considered by them as an upgrade, the single second bed was in the living room area and was the pull out sofabed - not an upgrade for me, good job I'm small. The aircon broke so we requested a fan- the fan never arrived. There were no engineers to fix the aircon because it was a weekend, instead they sent a lady who said its working as she could hear it, to which we said yes you can hear it, its blowing out hot, she refused to listen to us and feel the hot air piping out of the vent, and made us feel like we were making it up. Wanted to print out tickets on the reception computer - the printer was broken.

Value for moneyPosted May 8, 2015
Pros: It is located just outside the train station
Cons: Probably due for new coat of paint.
Location: Shopping mall is right beside the hotel.
The room has electric stoves, kitchenware, dish washer etc. totally blown away with those amenities.

Steps away from Metro station,2 blocks to Asian restaurants/market. Limited WIFI ,if you have more than one device, the receptionist have to create special one and you do not have to log in anymore. Am lady receptionist not as friendly ,attentive, assistive and informative as the gentleman from Spain, who check us in Sat eve.

super vriendelijk personeel heel veel lawaai van werken in naastgelegen shopping center om 7u 's morgens. Onmiddellijk werd een oplossing gezocht en kregen we een kamer aan de straatkant
