Decent hotel for families.Posted Feb 22, 2014
Cons: Thorough housekeeping each day. Shower curtain or longer glass in the shower to avoid mess when showering.
Location: Restaurants, bars, shopping.
We're a family of four, two adults, two teens. Stood at the premier apt for 5 days. Cozy, but very small. Location of hotel is in great area. Many restaurants/bars/businesses/tourist sights within walking distance. Although hotel is hard to find because its not located on the main street/avenue, its located in a court and is difficult to find when you first arrive there. Trains close by. Quick check-in/check-out. They offer light cleaning (bed dressing, garbage removal) on most days. One day they thoroughly cleaned out of the 5 days we were there. Construction going on across the street now and its loud starting at 7-8am.

Building Work in areaPosted Feb 17, 2014
Pros: The size of the appartment and the facilties on site
Cons: pre-warning about the building noise 8am - 6pm !
Location: Excellent location in 1st Arrondisment of Paris, good retaurants near by, and easy access to Metro. Notre Dame 5 mins,
We arrived at Hotel; on a tues at 2pm ,to discover major building works , and a huge crane adjacent to the hotel . ie major reconstruction of Les Halles Centre de commerce. When we checked in ,we menioned to the receptionist that we wanted a room well away from the construction works and noise .. we were given an appartment which overlooked the building site which was noisy and the vibration terrible , so we couldnt even sit in the living room , I then had to return to the reception to request an alternative room, which was quieter but the construction work could still be heard . There was no mention of the noisy building work at time of booking, had their been, I would have certainly have booked an alternative hotel.we were not offered anything by way of compensation for the inconvenience. These works will continue until 2017 so be aware !,

The staff were wonderful and helpful. The hotels location is currently on a building sight which was failed to mention therefore was noisy. The room was clean but incredibly small for four. Overall rating 6/10.

DisappointingPosted Jan 15, 2014
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Lighting, colour of decor, and space!
Location: Good location with a lively cafe/bar/shopping scene nearby. The room as however noisy all day due to building work on the Forum les Halles below.
I suppose it delivered literally what it said in words but the photographs and the impression created by the description led to believe there wold be more comfort and space. The bedroom was so small that there was barely enough room for the person sleeping next to the window to move round the edge of the bed to reach the door: one had to step sideways in a shuffle to get round. The sitting area was also small and incredibly bleak: the lighting was poor and the grey and black colours, while modern and stylish in one sense were, in poor light, drab and depressing. The staff however were very friendly and very efficient eg in organizing a taxi for us, so full marks to the people. The accommodation left something to be desired.

Lovely stayPosted Jan 5, 2014
Pros: Helpfulness of staff, cleanliness, pizza aroma
Cons: Ease of taxi drop off/pick up
Location: Short walk from the Seine River & Notre Dame Cathedral. Many restaurants within a 5 min walk. Nearby train station that connect to major attractions.
The hotel was lovely, our room was spacious and included all the amenities and appliances expected in a "apart-hotel." The staff was extremely helpful and all spoke both English and French which easily accommodated the many world travelers that came across their lobby. The breakfast had many options and was quite satisfying. The location currently is a little tricky to get to by taxi (due to construction and pedestrian-only streets) but there are plenty of restaurants and quick stops to supplement any food runs or urges. Despite being 10-15 min away from the major attractions, there's conveniently a metro station right around the corner to get you there in a snap. Located not too far from the Seine River there's still plenty of places we were able to get to by foot. And with help and direction from the front desk we got to where we wanted in no sweat. But be forewarned, since the taxis cannot drove right up to the hotel the drivers do start the fair before they walk up to fetch you in the lobby. Also if you like the smell of pizza then you'll love staying here. There's a gourmet Pizza Hut that shares the building so there's a forever smell of freshly baking pizzas wavering in the halls

Wonderful Serviced ApartmentPosted Jan 4, 2014
Pros: Its in a great location in the centre of Paris. Wonderful staff
Cons: As a serviced apartment our room did not have a small table and a couple of chairs so that we could eat. Would suggest removing the lounge chair.
Location: Great location in the centre of Paris and close to many eating and shopping places.
Wonderful hotel in a great location in the centre of Paris. You are literally walking distance to all major attractions. Also there are a lot of restaurants or eating places in the area around the hotel so you do not need to venture far from the hotel. Also if you like to shop for clothing the area around the hotel has many clothing stores. The hotel staff are wonderful and helpful all the time. They can help you in any request you may have. For a serviced apartment they still have cleaning staff that come in and make your beds and clean the rooms every day. A wonderful hotel in which I will recommend to all my friends.

Great location in the middle of everything.Posted Jan 2, 2014
Pros: Staff, location, room facilities.
Cons: Breakfast. More Gym equipment
Very good hotel facilities. Good Gym for cardio, but no real resistance stuff. Coffee machine in lobby for use for everyone. Excellent friendly staff who are very helpful. Breakfast so so only. If it wasn't included, would not pay 12 Euros. Better options outside where there are many cafes. Room quite spacious for Paris. Despite being there on New Years Eve, it was well insulated and quiet. Metro less than 100m away, but you need tickets/card. You cannot buy tickets there. Highly recommend it.
