excellent location but dirty flatPosted Oct 8, 2013
Pros: the location
Cons: cleaner rooms
Location: Eiffel tower is 2 minutes away so you can access the whole of Paris very easily
The location is near the Eiffel Tower so cannot be faulted for this. However, the photos look much nicer than the actual inside of the flat which feels minimalist. Unfortunately, the floors were filthy and sticky, one plug didn't work, the bathroom tub needed unblocking. On the plus side the sofa bed was very comfortable and the bed in the bedroom excellent. With a bit of cleaning and checking that everything works, this should have been an excellent hotel to stay at.

Great Location - Room will accommodate 4Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Location and availability to accommodate a party of 4
Cons: Scrub the floors and walls in toilet area. Towel service more than once a week. Although didn't bother us, wallpaper was peeling and walls chipped.
Location: Close to metro. Good walking location. You can eat out or in the apartment.
We were a party of 4. The apartment was small but for Paris standards it was above average. The kitchen had a two burner top, a microwave, dishwasher, small frig, but no oven. The toilet area was enclosed and separate from the tub and washing area. Although the layout was good for a party of 4, the toilet area smelled like urine our entire stay and the floor area was sticky as if housekeeping didn't thoroughly rinse it out. We had a little patio/deck off the main bedroom. We found that great for evening cocktail hour. The main bedroom was small but it did include closet space and a TV. The bed was very comfortable. The other main room had a large foldout couch, a table and TV. Those beds were also very comfortable. After the first night, we decided to move the table out into the kitchen. This afforded some privacy to the other guests. The hotel had free coffee, tea and chocolate in the lobby. There were plenty of restaurants and at least 3 grocery stores in the area. There was also a number of vendors that sold meats and pastries. The hotel was in walking distance to the metro.

Needs a freshening.Posted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
I believe the rooms there are not at all quality rooms and for the price I was charged, they should have been. I stayed at the Citadine Opera location for my final Paris stay and the hotel and the staff were magnificent. Unless some major changes take place, I will not stay there again.

Wonderful location in a charming area of Paris.Posted Jul 31, 2013
Pros: The cleanliness, comfort, quietness of the rooms, décor, and in particular the helpful, friendly staff.
Cons: I have no suggestions for improvement. They are doing a fine job.
Location: Quiet neighborhood, close to Eiffel Tower, Metro, busses, taxis, shops, groceries, lovely restaurants.
I had requested early check in if possible, and the room key was ready and waiting for us as soon as we arrived, three hours ahead of check in time. The staff was friendly and helpful in every respect. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Laundry facilities were easy to use. There was prompt help available for any problem encountered, and it was cheerfully taken care of. I had stayed at the apart.hotel Citadine Trocadero once before about six months ago, and have found it even better this recent stay. I would not hesitate to stay again or to recommend the hotel.

Comfortable room, very clean, air con welcome in heat wave; sink, hob, fridge, utensils, kettle. Staff very friendly, excellent English, could not have been more helpful. Location very good, nr trocadero in nice neighbourhood with some museums close by, architecture museum, Branly & others. Close to metro. All in all very good would recommend.

Business friendly Stay.Posted Jul 15, 2013
Pros: Convenient to the metro and easily accessible wifi.
Cons: If you want housekeeping, make sure you ask for it.
Location: Restaurants, tourist attractions, metro line, and shopping are all nearby.
Very friendly staff, well managed common areas, with free coffee throughout the day. The Wi Fi service actually worked at the restaurant next door, which allowed me to follow up a business e-mails, while dining alone. Nearby grocery store(s) provided easy access, for getting some supplies. Room was equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. My room actually had a nice balcony area with a table and chairs also. Great stay.
