Amazing hotel!!Posted Apr 17, 2014
From stepping foot inside the hotel we could tell that it was going to be an amazing experience in Paris. The hotel lobby was very grand by my standards with nice chandeliers and nice touches to the decor. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking fluently in English and French. The rooms are kept nice and clean, with balconies that open out onto the street with nice views. The room was a perfect, cosy size for a romantic get away. Food ordered (crème brûlée) was delicious and perfect! It was within walking distance (half an hour) of all the tourist attractions one might want to visit; arc de triomphe, eiffel tower, the louvre, moulin rouge, notre dame etc. We enjoyed walking as you could really get a good feel for Paris. However, if you do not enjoy walking, taxis can be easily taken outside. There are also lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

ConcernsPosted Apr 16, 2014
Paid for 3 deluxe rooms. Only 2 rooms with windows that would open no air-conditioning very hot.3rd room not delux and had to pay $20 euro more per day to get deluxe room guaranteed with expedia. Not happy and will place this info on trip advisor buyer beware. Very disappointed about being forced to pay more money per day. 2 rooms had coffee and tea service in room 3rd room never did. Hotel staff and conceriege was great.

The hotel was pleasant but was too far from centrePosted Apr 14, 2014
Hotel nice but extras were overpriced and definitely designed to put people off.

Not quite what I hopedPosted Apr 14, 2014
Basically a good hotel but an international hotel not to offer room service food offering on a Sunday is poor.

Perfect locationPosted Apr 10, 2014
The hotel was in the perfect location. It was central and there was certainly no shortage of restaurants nearby. The hotel was stunning and the staff were very helpful- especially with our pigeon French! The room was basic, but had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay!

Great location - tiny room.Posted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Location, public areas and general comfort.
Cons: If people are staying for more than a couple of nights they shouldn't be put in a miniscule room.
Location: Great for shopping and for accessing the sights.
The hotel is in a brilliant location and the public areas are stunning. Our room was tiny but comfortable and clean with just about enough storage space. However there was only one mirror and that was in the bathroom. It could have done with a mirror above the desk and a full length mirror somewhere. Free wifi was appreciated. The soundproofing was great with the windows closed and the hotel itself was nice and quiet. Would stay there again but ask for a bigger room.

Nice hotel close to Opera areaPosted Feb 22, 2014
Pros: Services from staffs and location.
Cons: If they renovate rooms like the lobby, it would be great.
Hotel staffs are very friendly and kindly when they took care of us. Hotel facility is old but the lobby space was huge and comfortable. Standard twin bed room we stayed was small but it was maintained clean during our stay. Entire hotel facility was kept clean. Wireless access to Internet in our room was bit slow but stabled. The location is very convenient to access for Opera, Madeleine, Concord area. Also easy to get on Metro. Taxi was always waiting for a customer in front of the lobby. Doorman booked a taxi for me with appropriate timing for departure.
