All staff was super attentive! 5 stars to all! Came to Paris for my daughters 9th birthday and they had chocolates and a birthday sign in our room!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank You very much for the hospitality, we will most definately be back! We also loved the area, we felt safe to walk to Eiffel tower and other attractions.

Overall, lovely hotel with excellent location to restaurants, Eiffel Tower, and shopping. Nice amenities and wonderful customer service. Our room’s carpet was very dirty - stained and not vacuumed.

Check in was a very pleasant experience! Mayowa (pardon me if I’m not spelling it correctly) was very welcoming, polite, respectful and helpful. As a customer, a smile and ability to make eye contact when speaking is very important. Another front desk staff ( her name I think is Anne) was very helpful and pleasant. We had the family suite, and the pull out bed was all set up for the 3rd occupant. Room was clean but small but it worked for us since we were out most of the day. Main bed is comfortable and sheets were clean. Refrigerator had complimentary drinks of water and juice. Bathroom is clean and spacious, but the shower water pressure was very weak. Hotel location is very close to Eiffel Tower, lots of dining places nearby, pharmacy across the street and a convenience store around the corner. We walked most of the time we were there. 5 min to Eiffel, about 30 min to Arc de Triomphe, 45 min to Notre Dame.

A great hidden gem. Close to the Eiffel Tower, all forms of transit and the river as well. Very central and easy to get to and from. Mayoma the front desk ambassador is a pure delight to deal with. Friendly knowledgeable and a great representative.. All the staff were exceptional to deal with. I will definitely be back!

The property location is very good and staff is welcoming but paying so much for this property (450$ a night for family room) is not worth it rooms are very small, showers don’t work , corridors are claustrophobic, property looks very old. Also would not recommend to have there breakfast as it’s very less options for 22 euros / person (you can get better options elsewhere) I would never come and stay here again because if you are paying this much for a room there are better options in Paris which I have been too, they are rated as 4 stars on Expedia and in front of the hotel but for me it seems like a 2 star place have stayed in better properties within Paris

The staff is amazing! Ann-Sophie and Mayowa truly made us feel pampered and made our visit even more fantastic. The hotel is lovely and in a wonderful area of Paris. We are already planning our trip and staying at the Derby Alma next year!

Amazing staff! They welcomed us warmly and were so friendly. Our luggage was delayed by Air France (surprise, surprise) and the staff helped us call the airport and find our bags several hours later. They helped us get a taxi back to the airport to collect it. Everyone we met on the staff went above and beyond to help us. Room was lovely and location can’t be beat. Just walk one street down, turn right, and the Eiffel Tower is there!!

Great property with an amazing location! Few minutes to walk to the Eiffel towel and you can walk down the road 50m to get great tower pics! You have a easy straight 10-12 min walk to the luxury fashion stores. The pictures of the hotel are very amazing but the real life is not as amazing. Don’t get me wrong, it is still great but the pics are insta worthy vs real life lol. I would def recommend

The welcome was horrible. We were made to wait for more than 4 hours for the room with the excuse that the room is being cleaned. 4 hours for cleaning??? 4 other couples were given their rooms before us when they came much after us. The room was very small. Curtains won't fold up, string to pull it up/down was broken. Much disappointing. Except for the Front Desk Manager, no one seem to make any decisions. On the contrary, Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent.

Le Derby Alma is a very cute small hotel. Perfect for our needs. We had a twin room with comfortable beds and everything we needed quiet,cozy. Hot shower,toiletries,refrigerator with drinks. Short walk to Eiffel Friendly staff easy check in. Lobby pretty much smaller then I pictured from online pics Used uber every day. Easy pickup. Could walk if you’re in good shape to river seine. Nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect for me

The property was easily accessible by transportation. The rooms could benefit from deep cleaning of the carpet and the drapes. That would be beneficial for those who have allergies.
