A very pleasant hotel.

Its in a beautiful location, by the Sorbonne University and Luxembourg Gardens, which was a treat! Morning runs and walks in the garden, one day I packed some food and ate breakfast in the glorious sun. Probably one of the safest areas in Paris. Hotel itself was charming, comfortable bed, great storage and the MAC is a really useful addition to the room. Very clean, and quiet location, which made it a pleasure to stay in. Staff were lovely, really helpful and friendly.

Boutique hotel in Latin Quarter

Posted May 25, 2014
Hotel is located ~10 mins walk from Notre Dame and between the Luxembourg and Cluny-La Sorbonne Metro stations. Luxembourg to Charles de Gaulle took ~40 mins and cost around EUR9 for the journey. Hotel itself was very clean, very well maintained and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Room was small and had en-suite shower facilities. I didn't expect much bigger given the premium on space in Paris. Comfy bed, great shower. Bit pricier than hotels I typically stay at; notable difference was in the decor. Not convinced I'd pay more for it in future but was a pleasant change. We did not eat in the hotel, however breakfast is available for EUR14 (EUR6 for takeaway). Lots of very nice restaurants/boulangeries nearby. Of all the areas of Paris I visited, I felt safest and most at home in the Latin Quarter. Only negative point to be made is that noise travels between rooms rather more than I'd like. Each morning I'd be woken at 7am by next door's hairdryer, then again shortly after by a shower (presumably above my room). Sounded like rain on the ceiling. My room faced the quadrangle to the rear of the hotel. No issues with external noise.

Pleasant stay

We were here for 2 nights. It is convenient if you're traveling on the Eurostar and also to the airports. The classic room is quite small, especially the bathrooms, but clean and comfortable. The iMac in the room is a nice touch.

Cosy Comfort in the Latin Quarter

Posted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is well located in the Latin Quarter that is 5 minute walk to Seine and the Metro is 2 minutes away. You can walk to most major attractions if you enjoy walking. The hotel is comfortable with a unique interior design on each floor. The rooms are small but have good air-conditioning and are very clean. The bathrooms are small and can be a little difficult to move around in. Great restaurants and cafes right around the corner. You will enjoy your stay!

Pros: The Decor

Very Good. Maybe larger size should avoid as the bathrooms are extremely petite.

Great hotel, perfect location

Very polite and helpful front desk. Rooms clean and comfortable, albeit tight. But that's typical for Paris.
