Welcoming and Helpful staff. Clean comfortable rooms, all round superb stay. Great free shuttle bus to Parks or a 15-20 min stroll along the river and through the vilage.

“Awesome experience, brilliant hotel”

Great feel to the hotel, a fun & authentic wild west theme. Generous breakfast of croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, ham, juices etc. Not very gluten/ diary free friendly though! Frequent & quick bus to the Disney Park. Very clean, lovely decor and really added to the whole Disney experience. Very easy to check in & check out. Highly recommended!

“Good Budget Hotel”

A nice hotel. Breakfast a bit crowded, but no more than any other holiday hotels. Within a short walking distance from Park, maybe 15mins with 2 children 6 and 7. Food Village in park mostly burgers and expensive. Get to the evening parade early or you won't be able to see it properly. Try and book Eurostar, we couldn't as it was fully booked. This stops right in the resort. We went by plane which was fine, but then had to pay extra for coach each way which is a 45min journey. Hotel had pony rides in the morning. A reasonable charge for this but the kids loved it.

“Highly recommended hotel for Disney”

Even better than we expected, more upper 3 star then 2! Hotel room was just right - great bunk beds for our four year old! And comfy bed for us too! Bathroom really clean. Hotel set out like the movie set of a Western - so real feeling of space and not too crowded in with the other holidaymakers! Very quiet too. Restaurant (canteen) was just as we expected - really busy for breakfast and dinner but once you got your head round the freeforall, it was fine! Quality of food was excellent and carafe of wine very good value at 6 euros (took the edge off a busy day in the Parks!). Shuttle service was good but once we found the river, we tended to walk to and from the Parks - as only about 10 mins (max). Parks were good fun although much busier than expected (could it have been french half term?) and it's not quite the slick operation you come to expect from Disney (as seen in the States). However, it did what it says on the tin.

Great hotel, brilliant atention to detail. we had no Children with us, but all I saw was an outdoor play area and a small games room, but its a 15min maximum walk from the parks so what else could you need. We found the staff to be extreamly friendly and helpful about all the services they offer.

The Hotel Cheyenne was fantastic! The theme of the whole complex was very realistic. Including the saloon, where you could listen to live country music, which was very entertaining!

This was a realy nice hotel it only had 2 stars it should really have 3. Staff were really friendly and went out of there wat to help rooms were very clean they were cleaned everyday and we had freash towels everyday. The only downside was that at breakfast time it was very busy but if you go for the early breakfast as we did on the day we left there was not a soul in sight. Would stay here again.

The hotel is full of character, it really is like being in the wild west. This is the second time I have stayed here, rooms are very comfortable and clean. The staff are very helpful and polite. The evening meal consists of an all you can eat buffet with plenty of choice. There is a bus scheduled every 20 mins to both parks.
