DinnerPosted Apr 16, 2015
Decent hotel, but buffet dinner with no drinks added is a joke. €23 for 3 cokes and a beer!! And €74 for the buffet which included 2 kids!!! poor show

Paris dreamcastle hotelPosted Apr 15, 2015
Pros: The swimming pool and Jacuzzi was very good! and the kid play areas where very good
Location: Good! near disneyland paris and has free disneyland buses to take you straight to disneyland and the train station
The stay was good, we were there for 4 nights. The hotel staff helped us about going around Paris however the hotel room didnt have the basics for everyday eg. no toothpaste, cutlery.

Family friendlyPosted Apr 14, 2015
Lovely hotel Overall. Had no big problems and experience was pleasant. Ball pit and rides inside reception is a nice touch although the outside terrace could do with tables nearer the playroom. Rooms cleaned everyday With fresh towels. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice although cooked food wasn't the best. We had 1 evening meal downstairs-buffet, and we thoroughly enjoyed although child's cost was a bit expensive. Shuttle bus to disney park- first drop off but last dropped back to hotel. No disney caractors come to this hotel which is a shame. Small disney store in reception although staff had poor English which got a bit tricky at one point.

Lovely family hotel with good facilities.Posted Apr 14, 2015
We have just returned from a 4 night trip to Disneyland and opted to stay at the Dream castle hotel as we stayed there back in 2007.we have 2 boys aged 2 & 5 and they really wanted bunk beds. This is one of the few hotels that have these in the family rooms. The rooms were very clean and spacious with a fridge, tea & coffee facilities L'occitaine shower gel, hand wash & shampoo, tv, hair dryer etc. There were plenty of lifts so getting about with the kids was no problem. There is a children's area with ball put in reception to amuse the kids during check in which too about 20mins on arrival. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and always plenty there. We went at different times each day and although it was busier later, it was never a problem. If you have a pushchair or wheelchair, don't struggle like we did on day 1 with the stairs. Take the lift to floor '0' and head straight through the door directly opposite. This isn't signposted or made common knowledge. Swimming pool is great for the kids with a slide and splash pool as well as a jacuzzi. I would give it 8 out of 10 but the only downsides for us was the location as you are reliant on the free shuttle bus to the parks. There are 4 hotels in a row and although the dream castle is the 2nd hotel, it is the last stop so the buses were often too busy for us to all get on without a struggle! Great trip & great hotel but the bus was an issue for us with the pushchair.

Big hotel. Service lacking. Check in awful.Posted Apr 11, 2015
Our room wasn't ready even though we arrived at. 5.30 pm. Awful queue to check in. Bathroom jaded and not spotless. Towels tiny, threadbare and flimsy. Buffet meal terrible. Service virtually non existent. Waited forever for a drink. Insufficient cutlery and crockery. Found mediocre and not cheap. Service in hotel awful. Reception never answered phone. No Disney spirit.

Not worth the moneyPosted Apr 10, 2015
Location: Disneyland parks nearby, nothing else at all
I expected more from a Disney hotel, not just because of its cost but because is a Disney hotel that's meant to cater for children. Other than a few arcade machines in the reception area, there was nothing. For adults, the service was atrocious, no fault of the staff members themselves, they were doing their best, but of those running the hotel. Hardly any staff on duty meant a lot of waiting around for anything and everything. It took 45 minutes to check in, even though there were only 2 other families ahead of us. It took 30 minutes to receive a round of drinks at the bar and approximately an hour for food in the reception. There was a 20 minute queue for breakfast, even though there were plenty of tables inside.....this was solely because there weren't enough staff to clean the tables. Buffet wasn't stocked fast enough to keep up with demand, so again a lot of waiting for items. Very disappointed indeed
