“great small hotel nothing fancy but enouch even for a room size freak like me”

don de fooled by bad reviews, the rooms are smal but everyone can handle it, for that orice you have everything you need and the staff us great, dont miss walking at night trough the theater district in odessa. very close to the hotel.

“Good value, Great location”

Most of the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, better than we expected. The hotel was very convenient, a couple steps out the front to the Metro and within walking distance to almost any attraction. Also plenty of restaurants and bars near the hotel.

“Nice and clean”

Small hotel with minimal services. VERY tiny rooms, but decent size bathroom. Good location with a metro entrance right outside the front door. Montpernesse is a little bit of a walk from most of the tourist sights, but there are plenty of restaurants in the area. On a very busy street, but the rooms are set back and very quiet. Very clean and a good deal for the price.

“Small, friendly, and well located”

Nice, small and friendly. Walking distance (but far) to many great places. Rue d'Odessa has some excellent local food like cassoulet and foie gras and also crepe restaurants.

“Mixed review”

This hotel is very conveniently located for tourists, a few minutes' walk to the Montparnasse train station, from which one can take the Air France bus to CDG. Good restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The rooms and breakfast were what one would expect for a mid-priced central Paris hotel. However, during our four night stay, the Internet access on the single guest computer in the hotel lobby was down most of the time, which was frustrating.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

This tiny, but clean & nicely decorated hotel is just steps from the large Montparnass Train and metro stations. The "L' Open" Tour Bus stop was right out front, and there were so many Bistros, restaurants, cafes, and Creperies nearby, that we were almost overwhelmed by the choices. There is a huge mall across the street, and the Eiffle Tower was only a 30 minute walk away (but the tour bus took us there in 5 minutes). The bathroom was nice and the shower was tub sized! The staff at the desk was helpful explaining how to use the trains and metro too.

“Small rooms but great location.”

Very friendly english speaking staff. Great location. Lots of cafes close by.

Area recommendations
District 6 (location of this hotel) was located within walking distance of the Eifle, which continued on to the arch and down the champs-elysees to the Seine. Makes for a great walking experience. Also this hotel is close to all public transportation and is on the tour bus route.
Dining
Several great restaurants and cafes are close to this hotel. At supper they are crowded and expensive. Bakeries are good for breakfast. Mcdonalds on the champs-elysees.
