We thank you for your constructive comment as we place great value on our guests’ feedback and will take into account your feedback.As you know, the property is located in a 18th century building, in the heart of Paris, where space is scarce compared to more recent districts. We tried to build a most comfortable space for each room as well as different rooms, suite and apartment categories in order to give our guests as many choices as possible. Some bathrooms have a walk-in shower and some others a bathtub. If you were staying in a room with a bathtub, you might have been more comfortable in a room with a walk-in shower. As for the larger rooms, please know that we do have some larger rooms like the Executive room that could have met your expectations without being in a Suite or an apartment. If you do come back to Paris and would like to stay again with us, please do not hesitate to contact me directly so that I can recommend the appropriate room type according to your needs.Keeping our valued guests satisfied being our priority, we feel very sorry to read your evaluation.
