Excellent location for my needs. Very amiable staff. The cleanliness of the room must be improved, I did not receive the room in good conditions. Wifi is not top everywhere.

It is a lovely hotel with a very good location. On the weekend I also noted there is a Farmer's Market down one of the connecting streets.

Very clean and spacious hotel in a very pleasant area of Paris. On the outskirts but a few minutes to metro line which very quickly takes you to centre of Paris. Price for hotel excellent with breakfast which offered a very good selection. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Good place to stay.
Overall, good place to stay. Took too long to check in..why ?? Also, blocked sink could not be fixed until much later in the day.Slow on service but generally, good staff. Nice an clean.

This huge property has no cooling system. We moved twice, looked at a 3rd room, but they were all 86 degrees. no fans available. staff at desk could care less. never asked how our stay was or thanked us for coming. we were there 5 nights

Hotel in a lovely quiet area with beautiful walks near by. Very convenient for metro. No restaurant facilities in the evening? The buffet breakfast was probably the worst I’ve ever experienced at any hotel and the restaurant manager was very rude. Hotel a/c definitely needs replacing. Rooms are hot and stuffy even when a/c is on full. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Second visit & totally terrible experience. A very noisy room, so asked to move and was eventually moved to a smoker room and told was an upgrade - was no different to previous room or previous experiences. Upon check out day, we were constantly called checking whether we were still in the room. When checking out staff were completely rude & my wife who is French was totally surprised. I Had to pay the local tourist tax at check out, which is a very small fee, so wanted to pay in cash - the checkout staff did not ask how I wanted to pay & was charged on my card, so explained the associated bank charges being greater than the fee to help other travellers & they were totally rude. We were so disappointed by the experience, that I did the very unusual act of complaining. They did not care at all. So we will never stay again & will tell our family who live in the area.We paid £150 per night, so sure many other options available.

All our rooms are non smoking, unfortunately some guest do not respect that rule, we always charge a fee to the people who smoke in our rooms; and also we try as much as possible to get rid of the smell of tabaco.We will remind all of our employees to wait for the check out time and let our customers choose however they decide to pay ( card or cash ) and not to charge the card in advance.We will also make sure that our employees offer a good quality service and communication as any guest would expect.Best regards.

The metro is very very close and the line 3 is a great one! The breakfast is great and the room confortable and big. I would stay there again!

The room was very spacious and the bed very very comfortable. The staff were helpful. Our only problem was that our visit was over Easter weekend. After spending the day walking around Paris we came back to our hotel around 6 to find no restaurants open anywhere in the area not even the hotel restaurant. The staff were helpful in assisting us to find an open asian kitchen nearby.

Was told my room was not ready at 3pm. Agreed to a room At rear of hotel and was told they were no different which i was suspicious of. The rooms have no air con and were very warm at night so we left window open at night only to learn there is a city bus stop outside where coach loads disembark from the early hours and the coachs leave their diesel engines running from about 4am onwards each morning. We never had a full night's sleep. When i confronted the manager about this ( who was very arrogant and unfriendly) i was told i shouldnt have the window open because its against health and safety. When i asked how i should control the uncomfortable room temperature he said maybe we have a fan for you..... horrible management and attitude.

We always try to make sure that our guests can check in before 2pm.Our technical support checks all the a-c in advance but unfortunately they didn t notice this problem and we are sorry about that.The city hall does not allow to open windows in building like ours for safety reasons. I really liked that the property was about 3 minutes walking distance from the metro. The surrounding area was safe with a lot of good dining options and a grocery store within walking distance. The room was very spacious and clean with a large bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast buffet was open until 10 am and was delcicious! I would definitely stay at Evergreen Laurel Hotel again and would highly recommend it to all my friends and family.

Only in case of emergency - try others first
In a 15 years the interier of this building haven’t changed or been touched. I thought after 7 years I will give a chance once again - it’s like stepping into the past. Even the poor breakfast and its presentation did not change - try to take morning shower - good luck (you got cold or boiling in about 20 seconds intervals). I am giving break to return here for another 7 years.

Stayed here before and was ok. Friday and Saturday kids everywhere. At one point they were playing football in the lobby area. Staff said nothing to yhe parents. Sorry for people having a drink or meal or sat in the loby area. People in the next room were smoking and it wax coming through the connecting door. Should havd asked for our money back.

Great stay
The hotel is well situated with a metro station nearby, about a block away. There is a Monoprix store with groceries, clothes and anything necessary just across the court. The rooms were clean with small fridge and ample room to relax and the staff were very friendly.

5-night stay
Hotel has a huge and impressive lobby area. Staff are friendly, helpful and speak English. Area is quiet, safe and close to the Seine. There are many restaurants/cafes in the area as well as easy access to the metro via the station that is no more than a 5 minute walk. Our room was comfortable and well appointed but a little 'tired'. Breakfast was no more than adequate. That said the rate (approximately 215 Euros per night) seemed to be a lot cheaper than many other 'similar' hotels. I would certainly stay there again.

Clean, friendly, convenient place for Paris trip.
This was a nice and clean hotel. Friendly people. It has a parking lot which saves you from a lot of pan. Located in a very convenient place, only two minutes away from the metro. The line 3 metro takes you to the city center in 15-20 mins. Decent breakfast. Easy check in and out. In an area easy to drive. We are provided a baby crib upon request immediately.
