All our rooms are non smoking, unfortunately some guest do not respect that rule, we always charge a fee to the people who smoke in our rooms; and also we try as much as possible to get rid of the smell of tabaco.We will remind all of our employees to wait for the check out time and let our customers choose however they decide to pay ( card or cash ) and not to charge the card in advance.We will also make sure that our employees offer a good quality service and communication as any guest would expect.Best regards.

We always try to make sure that our guests can check in before 2pm.Our technical support checks all the a-c in advance but unfortunately they didn t notice this problem and we are sorry about that.The city hall does not allow to open windows in building like ours for safety reasons. As soon as we have been in trouble, we have immediatly contacted a professionnal company ELLIS and this company has immediatly took actions to stop this immediatly, but it takes time as this situation is due to the changing wether we have to face actually in Paris.
