Nice hotel; Great staffPosted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: Between 4 and 6pm the hotel offered coffee, tea, fresh fruit, dried fruit, and pastries at no charge guests which was nice after a day out.
Cons: Blow dryer was installed inside the storage closet which took up at least 8" in width which could have been used to hang more clothing.
Location: Close to the Metro, restaurants, convenience stores, and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city.
4 or 5 storey hotel in the 4th district (latin quarter) not far from everything (metro, restaurants, etc). Staff was absolutely wonderful; very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were small and not very spacious, but I think that's pretty much the thing in Paris. We were lucky enough to get a Queen-sized bed whereas most hotels offered twin or double. Cleanliness and comfort was excellent. They do not provide a small fridge or coffee machine in the rooms nor was there a safe to store valuables, but we made due. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Lovely boutique hotel...Posted Sep 15, 2014
Pros: The rooms were lovely, unique décor. Great staff!
We simply loved staying at The Five. Beautiful, quaint boutique hotel with an exceptionally friendly and accommodating team of staff. Nice, quiet and safe neighbourhood with a short walk to two metro stations. Located within the Latin Quarter for easy access to central Paris :)

Nice modern style hotelPosted May 1, 2014
It is a very pretty and nice design hotel. Hotel stuffs are very nice and kind!! But, it is a bit far from station and a bit difficult to find the hotel. Overall, it is a nice hotel and good for a couple!!

Really great staffPosted Mar 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was nicely decorated, a bit compact but this is usual in Paris. Staff were very friendly. Location is good. Suited me perfectly. Got a great deal online.

Excellent Parisienne Boutique Hotel!Posted Mar 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
The only way to make this hotel any better would be to make it a bit closer to the subway or more centrally located in the Latin Quarter, but then you're spending double or triple (or more) for the same accommodations. Otherwise it was absolutely fantastic. The staff was wonderfully friendly, and fluent in English (I was once fluent en français, but it didn't matter). No hesitation recommending the place. The only caveat is the usual 'rooms are small and so is the bathroom', but that's the way it is everywhere in Paris, unless you spend ridiculous money. If you like the style of the rooms, you'll love it. It's entirely as resented on their own site, no false advertising. Enjoy!
