A fabulous hotel!Posted Sep 16, 2014
Pros: The hotel was lovely it was very quirky and great for a romantic getaway and a few days in Paris.
Location: The location is great for transport links into Paris and the surrounding areas are great for a wonder.
We arrived early at the Gardette Park hotel and the hotel receptionists were very accommodating and very helpful and we were promptly shown to our hotel room which was lovely and clean. The location was good as we had great access to the metro. There are lovely eating places around the hotel we definitely recommend vertigo a family run restaurant.

Room was small, but had everything we needed. There was a tiny balcony where you could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with a great view of the park across the street. Close to metro stations (about a 10 minute walk) & Notre Dam cathedral was a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.

A cute hotel located in the 11th. Clean rooms and quite spacious for Paris. Bed was comfy and staff super accommodating. Would definitely stay at Gardette Park again.

Great staff, clean rooms, excellent t.v. and wifi,Posted Jun 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is lovely, rooms are very modern and clean, very small but well designed. Lacked shelves/drawers for clothes so we lived out of our suitcase. 7-10 minute walk to metro, three minutes to bus.Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location in a family neighborhood, not near main center, so have to take the metro to almost everywhere. Did walk less than a mile to the Bastille area where tons of restaurants. Supermarkets, bakeries all very close.Hair dryers should be replaced with better ones. Adjacent to large, lovely park and playground.

Gardette ParkPosted Jun 17, 2014
Pros: Quiet and away from the city center
Cons: Coffee in rooms-and no charge for a cup of coffee
Location: It is not centrally located to main attractions but not far from any of them. Marais and Place des Voges close by. We could walk to Notre Dame.
The hotel was very pleasant and quiet. Staff was always helpful and friendly.

Clean and well presentedPosted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: Clean and modern and well presented.
Cons: Bigger lift...!
Location: As already stated, close to the Metro and good local restaurants which are cheaper than the restaurants in the main tourist areas
Hotel is clean, modern and well presented. The Hotel is close (10 to 15 minute walk away) to Saint Ambrosia Metro station (Line 9) Also lots of fine restaurants in the neighbourhood, which are much cheaper than in the main tourist areas of Paris. Also worth a walk down to Voltaire for good restaurants. The only downside on a personal basis, we took some picnic coffee mugs (part of a set) with us to use in the room, the cleaning staff either took them or chucked them away when cleaning the room…! Standard double room bit on the small side, but it is Paris so expected.

Long Easter weekendPosted Apr 23, 2014
Pros: decor, cleanliness
Cons: maybe some hooks in the bedroom to hang bags and jackets
Hotel was lovely, on a nice little square. Area perhaps a little rough round the edges, but looks to be up and coming rather than going downhill. Seemed to be plenty of restaurants and bars around, couple of good ones within easy walking...West Country Girl (crepes),Vertigo (French/Catalan) and Nicois (tapas style menu) Staff were very helpful, all spoke much better English than my rudimentary French. Room was comfortable enough, nice big shower room and both well decorated. Breakfasted once, was perfectly adequate at a very reasonable 7 Euros. All in all a great hotel within easy reach of a major metro station and easily walkable to Le Marais district.
