You can do better anywhere elsePosted Aug 1, 2014
Pros: Checking out.
Cons: The front desk attitude, all the furniture in all of the rooms, and provide a printer for the lobby computers.
Location: Sacre Couer. Pigalle station
Terrible. The room was like some kind of monks quarters. Just a tiny double bed, a tiny desk, two hard wooden chairs and an IKEA put together dresser. Very noisy from street outside, and you had to keep the windows open because it was hot and for ventilation. The worst part though was the front desk man(day). "May we use the lobby computer for internet" Answer: "2 Euro." "Could we use your printer to print our tour reservation" Answer:" there is an internet cafe around the corner for that." At checkout;" Could we have change of 20 Euro, for the taxi" Answer: "Sorry, I already gave all my change to other guests". No.No.No. Awful customer service. I have been to over a dozen hotels in Europe over the past few years and this one was by far the worst for me, in a long time.

It's about locationPosted Jul 27, 2014
Just a few blocks to Sacre coure the Metro is around the corner. Go the other way and find beautiful neighborhoods with a variety of Restaurants. Very reasonably priced.

Fine, for the MoneyPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: It was inexpensive accommodations and was near enough to metro stops to allow for fairly cheap exploration of popular Paris sites.
Cons: If you're not proficient in French be careful. The staff speaks minimal English which makes it hard to explain when the WiFi (you paid for) breaks.
Location: Sacré Coeur is quite close, but don't wander off too far. Some areas not too far from the hotel are home to druggies and other unsavory characters
The room was basic but livable, as long as you don't have any back or joint problems and you don't plan on spending a large amount of time in the room it works great. The room best functioned as a home-base while we went out and explored the city. Housekeeping does push you out if you stay in the room past 11 or so. Location was not too bad. There were metro stops within easy walking distance which, with a bit of savvy, gave us access to most Paris attractions. We did, however, run into a bit of trouble outside the hotel; the surrounding area is not the greatest place after dark. If you have a time-sensitive departure plan (like a flight), call a cab. The hotel staff will offer to call you a shuttle which will end up over-crowded and get you to the airport late. For the money my mother and I paid, it worked well. We were rarely in the room to do anything but sleep and plan the next day. If you're looking for a romantic retreat, business accommodations, or a site for more relaxation, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Typical French hotelPosted Jun 10, 2014
Hotel in good area, quiet street. Hotel was clean, staff attentive, good breakfast for 10 euros. Lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

Poor, basic hotel but in good area.Posted Jun 1, 2014
Cons: Refurbishment and re-staffing.
Location: Great location with lots going on around.
Staff unfriendly, verging on rude. Definitely no access to rooms before 2 p.m. even though rooms ready. Room small, basic and dismal - one day not even cleaned although towels removed and windows opened wide. They promoted mini bus service from hotel back to airport - arrived 20 mins late, was in poor condition and was the same price as taxi - definitely not worth booking.

Great base for a weekend in parisPosted Mar 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel is great for sleeping at. It's clean, the staff are friendly, the bathrooms are small but we'll decorated and equipped. The shower was piping hot. The double room we had was small but as I've said it's great for sleeping. Easy to find. 5 minutes from the pigalle metro station. We chose to opt out of the 10 euro breakfast in favour of a 2 euro croissant and espresso at a fantastic boulangerie round the corner. Another downside is the wifi is 2 euros a day. Used this once to face time the kids but that's all. Overall this hotel Is a great, clean, cheapish hotel but budget for extras such as 2 euros a day for the key for the in room safe. Recommended overall for the staff, location, price, quality and ease of booking.

Good hotel, good location for a fun holidayPosted Mar 3, 2014
Nice hotel, could do with extra facilities i.e. a kettle in the room. Lovely and clean though, and has helpful staff. The only problem i had was the walls are quite thin, so i needed ear plugs to sleep as neighbours were a tad noisey. A part from that though, fine hotel.
