Excellent location and pleasant stayPosted Jun 7, 2014
Pros: Location, service and quality of the essential facilities in the rooms.
Cons: Minor additional facilities in the rooms, such as toiletries.
Location: Many good value cafés and restaurants in the surrounding streets, pleasant shops, and easy transportation from Gare du Nord.
Excellent location a few minutes walk from Gare du Nord ion what has become a very pleasantly developed part of Paris. Rooms have new laminated floors and new windows that provide sound insulation from the busy streets surrounding the hotel. Room facilities are limited, but the beds are excellent.

Practical Paris HotelPosted May 12, 2014
Pros: The lobby and public areas are dated but they are giving the guest their money's worth in the rooms
Cons: The public areas are waiting for an update but they are clean and the staff is friendly and informative. Free wifi would be nice!
Location: The location is 6 minute walk from the Eurostar station or a ten minute to Montmarte or window shop in the neighbouring wedding attire stores.
The hotel is in the middle of a refit and we were lucky enough to get a new room with ensuite.

ConvenientPosted Aug 28, 2013
Pros: Not a lot
Cons: A lot
Location: Less than 5 minutes walk to the station, Metro, Eurostar.
The only good thing about this hotel was its convenience to the Gare du Nord. It had the most uncomfortable bed. There was work going on in some parts of the hotel and so the dust was unbelievable - that floor should have been closed off altogether. There was no fridge, hairdrier, kettle, and only one power point. The toilet seat was broken. There was a coffee machine downstairs was not always turned on.

YUCK!Posted Aug 30, 2012 on Hotels.com
There was blood on the coverlet of one of the beds - we asked house cleaning to change the sheet, which they never did. Very conveniently located to Gare de Nord (metro and transportation to the airport) but very loud location. No air conditioning, and so had to sleep with the windows open, which made it louder. Not clean and sheets stained. They did keep our suitcases, without charging us, for about 5 hours after we checked out. Would not recommend

Good location. Bad neighborhood.Posted Jun 25, 2012 on Hotels.com
The shower on my floor was the worst I have encountered. Small, handle bracket broken,no fan, and no lock on the door. No WiFi but for 3 Euros you buy 2 hours of use. Used wisely you can stretch this out for you stay. Just log in and out when needed.

It was a good hotel around gare du nord, but did not have a safety box. Friendly staff.
