“Great experience, great location, can't wait to go back!”
This hotel was very nice, rooms were a bit small, but were clean and nice. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly. The whole atmosphere there was wonderful! Even the location was great! we walked alot, since it was near so many different things (shops, resturants, arc de triomphe, and easy to catch taxis for other locations. I would recommened this hotel to anyone going to Paris. If I go back, I would return to this hotel. ~Very satisfied customer
“Best concierge staff in Paris!”
The concierge staff at this hotel was not only friendly and accomodating, they went out of their way to be of help. Our stay included time over the holiday and many places were not open. The concierge staff took extra effort to call places to ensure they were open--and helped us navigate best routes, etc. They gave us a feeling of security and comfort while staying in a foreign country.

The place is good , because is near the Arc Triunf, near de champs elliseois no far The el Louvre museous , subwey is near , quality in service is exellente, Manuel the concierge very friendly in all information
“Very comfortable”
The hotel is very nicely decorated and clean. The front staff was couteous, efficient, and fluent in English. Concierge was extremely helpful with all our needs. The room was clean and beds were very fresh, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Room service was excellent although a little slow.

Nice, modern hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet is not great, but other than that, the place is nice and the location is convenient.
“Good launching off point”
While I booked the trip to Paris as a weekend getaway to exerience the city for a few days, I wasn't feeling adventurous when it came to lodging. I wanted a reliable, luxurious place to start and end the day. Franchise travel at its best & worst but it allowed us to concentrate on finding the best experiences in the city without concern for how well we'd sleep. The hotel's art deco theme was very attractive if somewhat overplayed at times. The hotel staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean & comfortable. We did wish for a second armchair in the room but this was a minor gripe. The executive lounge had a wonderful balcony area for taking in the sights while catching tea & breakfast. Overall, it was what I expected. A very nice hotel in a good location (for Metro access) with no surprises when it came to room quality. Definitely recommend.

This is a very good hotel. The location is great, close to a metro station on a very nice neighborhood. The breakfast buffet is great .Excellent service!!. The only problem is that internet is so expensive. But We will love to go back!!
“Loved it!”
Excellent hotel! If comfortable, clean hotel rooms are very important to you (like they are to me), then this would be the very best place to stay while you're in Paris. Comfortable, spacious room, very clean bathroom and bed. Hotel staff spoke English and they were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I would definitely stay here again.
