Great location for Disney, very clean hotelPosted Dec 3, 2013
Pros: Clean, modern
Cons: Recognise special occasions for guests - a cheap bottle of plonk in the room would of been a nice touch.
Location: Great restaurant on corner near hotel, fantastic food and quite good value. Paris 40 min train journey away.
Great location for Disney - 30min walk or take the excellent shuttle bus. Walking distance to train station as well. Hotel very new so nice and clean, good beds and spotless bathroom. Staff friendly although wouldn't do anything special for our honeymoon stay :) Would use again. Location is very nice, obviously very new area as buildings and streets are all very clean - so nothing like Paris then.....

Short Break To DisneylandPosted Dec 1, 2013
Pros: Location and decent sized family room
Cons: Nothing from this visit.
Location: Excellent - lots of facilities within walking distance.
Used the hotel for 3 nights when visiting the disneyland parks. The location was excellent with excellent facilities on the doorstep for shopping and eating. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free bus (only 5 mins) to the parks was very helpful. Hotel very clean and ideal for a short stopover.

Fantastic hotel, excellent locationPosted Nov 25, 2013
The hotel itself is in a superb location for trips to disney aswell as into paris itself. I felt safe walking late at night in the area around the hotel, unlike my last stay in paris. The metro station is a ten minute walk though the shopping centre which has an outlet village and a great selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to our group even though we lacked knowledge in the French language. For the price we payed I think we got an absolute bargain!

Aparthotel Ideal for Disneyland ParisPosted Nov 24, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland Paris.
Cons: The shower in the bathroom is a nightmare to control. It won't stay on the wall. Looks very good, but doesn't function well as a shower.
Location: Disneyland Paris is the main attraction.
Spent 3 nights in an Executive Suite. Comfortable and well equipped. Large sofa bed in living area. 2 single beds (together) in bedroom. Separate toilet and bathroom. Well equiped kitchen area. There's free WiFi in the room. A safe in the wardrobe. Perfect location for a short visit to Disneyland Paris. Free pass for the local bus (PEP's - pink buses - No 50). It was close enough for us to walk back to the apartment from Disneyland on a few evenings. At the far end of the Val d'Europe shopping centre from the RER train station. Shopping centre contains loads of shops, a huge Auchan supermarket (ideal for getting a few self catering essentials), a designer outlet mall, SeaLife centre and restaurants. The Hipark is close to restaurants in / and just outside the shopping centre. We particularly enjoyed the Korean Barbecue Restaurant. Staff at Hipark were always pleasant and helpful.

Pros: The hotel looks smart modern and clean, rooms are practical, and the bus service to the park is great
Cons: The dividing doors that can close the beds of from the rest of the room are so close getting by is nearly impossible and Comfier beds and bedding.
Location: Plenty of restaurants in Val De Europe and shopping in La Vallee Village and only 40mins from paris.

Super clean hotel with very friendly staffPosted Nov 11, 2013
I stayed at this hotel for two nights in one of the studio's and must say that I am very impressed with the value you get for your money! The room was super clean and tidy, with a simple design and modern decor. The staff was always very helpful and friendly (checking out half an hour later was no problem at all and they were more than happy to give us directions to wherever we needed to go) and my overall experience great! Would definitely stay there again!

Consider elsewhere.Posted Nov 11, 2013
Pros: Proximity to Disneyland.
Cons: The service.
Location: Good location for Disneyland
The main problem at this hotel is the service. Arriving at reception at 7:30pm to check in there was one receptionist and a queue of 2 in front of us. There had clearly been an issue with someone's booking being lost therefore 20 minutes later we were still stood there. The receptionist then disappeared, returned, and following a further 10 minutes another member of staff arrived. We eventually started to check in some 40 minutes after arriving, with no apology for the wait. This set the standard for the remainder of the stay; no matter what the query, expect at least a 15-20 minute wait to be served. Even when served, a French gentleman interrupted me to try and put luggage in the store room and the receptionist abandoned serving me to go a serve the French gentleman. The room is poorly equipped - 1 knife, 2 forks, 2 tablespoons. Bin not emptied entire stay. It's impossible to change the sofabed into a sofa - it had clearly been left as a bed for some time given the amount of dirt under the extended section. Why have sofa beds if you can't turn them into a sofa!? An on-going issue for the next few years with no doubt be the noisy construction next door - they commence work from around 8am and the building is very much in its infancy, so expect noise for at least 2 years to come. Given we asked for a quiet room on our booking request form, this was completely ignored. I would advise to consider hotels closer to the metro; for example the E'Lysee.
