Cons: Ja bietet keine Dreibettzimmer an !!!
Die Lage ist gut! Aber die Zimmer sind so klein, das man Platzangst bekommt. Wir waren sogar zu dritt in einem :-(

Wonderful experience

Perfect location on the canal with outdoor deck for dining. Plenty of other places nearby to dine or have a cocktail on the water as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Grazioso hotel vicino al canale.

Pros: La disponibilità del personale in particolare di quelle che parlavano italiano. La colazione buona e abbondante.
Cons: Le dimensioni della camera.
Location: Anche se decentrato rispetto al centro Parigi è ben collegata.
Il personale è stato molto cordiale in particolare abbiamo gradito il fatto che diverse parlavano la lingua Italiana considerato che i francesi difettano molto sotto questo aspetto. La camera l'abbiamo trovata pulita e accogliente anche se di ridotte dimensioni. Il luogo dell'hotel è ben collegato benché si trova nella periferia nord est di Parigi.

Estuvimos en el salon de le bourget y desde luego una muy buena ubicacion para el evento y la zona tiene muy buen ambiente sobre todp para la juventud...viva la alegria.

Super Hotel für Städeturlaub!

Pros: Lage
Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Preis/Leistung aus unserer Sicht top! serh schön ist die Lage des Hotels direkt am Kanal - bietet sich an ab und zu dort zu sitzen, etwas zu essen/ trinken...Leute beobachten (viele Einheimische spielen Boccia etc. dort).... U-Bahn in 3 min zu Fuss erreichbar...man muss aber zu den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten umseteigen...Frühstück war für den Preis auch sehr ansprechend! Sauber!

Easy access in a nice quiet area

Cons: Very noisy in the lobby with conventions going on for 2 days. Should be kept separate as it was hard to get around all the people.
When we went to check in, the room that I had booked thru expedia 6 months before my trip, the staff at the front desk told us it was not available. We were on our honey moon and read the description on expedia that it was a room with a large bed and with a view (not a balcony). They tried to give us a inner room with twin beds. I said no way as I paid the top dollar for the room (which was actually more than posted at the reception when we arrived) They were overbooked. The manager on duty ended up telling us that hey would upgrade us at no extra charge. When we got to the room this was actually the room in the picture we paid for in the first place. They blamed it on expedia. I said no way cause it is a US company and it was the hotel responsibility to confirm the ads. But we ended up getting what I paid for in the start with a little annoyance and wait. The staff however handled it great and friendly. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was perfect with lots of choice thru the machine. Kept running out of sausages thou. Little croissants were great too. About a block away from the subway station which was very convienient. Food is very different in Paris than what I was used to and the english translations on menus were very wrong at a couple of places. We ended up fining a pub attached to the back of the Holiday Inn Express mostly for the St Christophers Inn people (backpackers hotel) The pub served food that we were used too and was mostly english spoken there. Was pretty good.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit gutem Service

Pros: Die schöne Lage hat uns beeindruckt, wir haben uns jederzeit wohl gefühlt!
Cons: Vielleicht sollte die technische Ausstattung ab und zu geprüft werden. Die Lüftung im Bad hat leider nicht funktioniert, das war etwas unangenehm
Location: Das Hotel am noröstlichen Rand der Pariser Innenstadt liegt, wie alles in Paris, nahe einer Metrostation, man kann von dort alle Ziele erreichen!
Das Hotel macht einen super Gesamteindruck. Die Lage am Canal de la Vilette ist mit seiner Aussicht richtig toll. Wir haben das Auto in der Nähe in einem Parkhaus abgestellt (ist günstiger als das hoteleigene Parkhaus) und haben mit der Metro die Stadt erkundet. Abends haben wir am Canal in einem der wirklich schönen Bistros den Tag ausklingen lassen. Wir waren zu viert in einem Zimmer untergebracht. Das war zwar ein bisschen eng, hat aber zum Übernachten völlig ausgereicht. Einziges Manko waren ein fehlender Schrank zum Verstauen der Kleidung sowie die nicht funktionierende Lüftung im Bad. Daran haben wir uns aber nicht weiter gestört. Der Service war erstklassig, wir wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt, unsere Fragen zu Tipps und Sehenswürdigkeiten wurden teilweise sogar in Deutsch, ansonsten aber in gutem Englisch beanwortet. Das im Preis enthaltene Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut, für die Kinder war das immer ein kleines Tageshighlight.

Good location and breakfast, modern building. Very nice view from the hotel to the canal. Everything was really fine! Not so close to city center, but easily accessible by metro.
