“Amazing!!!”

We just stayed here and we were upgraded to a larger room with a view of Sacre Coeur and Notre Dame in the background. Great location right next to the metro station Gaite. Hotel is very new and modern design. Supermarket, cinema, tons of bars/cafe, and montparnasse train station are less than 5 minutes away. Will definitely want to stay here on our return trip.

“Nice things come in small packages”

Given Parisian hotel prices, my expectations were not particularly high when I booked this hotel. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was very cordial and helpful. The room, while small, was excellently appointed and very clean and functional. Afterall, what Seine (couldn't help it) person hangs out in their hotel room while in Paris. It is very close to a convenient Metro stop (Gaite) and also close to the Air France bus drop-off at Gare Montparnasse. Although this isn't the epicenter of Paris culture, cuisine and nightlife, that is more than accessible from this hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

“fantastic experience”

I will definively return. Very nice hotel, modern, superb location, excelent bed and bath. Very good air conditioned. Could not be closer to a metro station ( Gaité). Do not expect large american rooms, but excellent for french standards. Stall also extremely helpful, even higher manegement deeply envolved to assist. Overhall, fantastic experience.

“A comfortable stay without losing your shirt”

I have paid fortunes for shoe-box size hotels in Paris. This hotel is a standard room, very well-kept and nicely decorated. The room is comfortable, clean and new. You feel you have paid for value.

“Tiny, Modern, Convenient”

I thought a Holiday Inn would be big, this one is tiny. It appears fairly new, and was comfortable in an efficient sort of way, It is located on a main street, close to a train/bus station and plenty of shops and small restaurants. It is not the place to go for "the tastes of Paris," or "the old Paris;" it is a fairly expensive place to go for clean, everything you need handy, and an informally friendly staff. Of course, pretty much everything in Paris is expensive. A handy mini-grocery a block away was a fun place to do some comparison shopping.
