Great, reasonably priced family suite.Posted Aug 27, 2014
Pros: Location, price
Location: Sacre coeur within walking distance plus good selection of shops, bars, bakers ect.
As a family of 5 we find it difficult to find accommodation that will accommodate us but Holiday Inn managed this superbly. we had two adjoining rooms with one central door entrance so the children were nice and safe in one room whilst we slept happily in the next. For a city hotel the rates were reasonable with extras if needed. The hotel managed to also source and book a reasonably priced safe car parking space for us not far from the hotel. Kids enjoyed having a TV with English channels to watch in bed and the free wifi was also a bonus. Shops, bars ect a short walk from hotel.

Modern hotel, in very good locationPosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: Modern facilities, good amount of space in room, nice location. Great for exploring and learning about the Montmartre area.
Location: Small shops, cafes, restaurants nearby the hotel. Sacre Coeur cathedral (the highest point in Paris), Montmartre Museum, the je t'aime wall.
This hotel is located in the Montmartre area, which has its own distinctive character. The hotel's street, Rue Damremont, and nearby streets, have a relatively quiet pace. They seem populated more by French residents and less by tourists than some of the streets in central Paris. The hotel has all of the conveniences of a Holiday Inn in the United States - adequate space, modern bathrooms, hairdryers, etc. Each room has a refrigerator, not large, but very nice for chilling snacks and beverages. Staff speak fluent English and are very friendly and helpful.

Basic & tiredPosted Jul 24, 2014
Pros: Shower powerful & basically clean room.
Cons: Air-conditioning to work. Bigger rooms. Better security on the windows. No illuminated sign outside. Better privacy.
Location: Rue de Abessess nice to walk along. Nice boulangeries for breakfast. Sacre Couer nearby. Metro stations close by.
Montmartre a nice place to stay. Trendy village feel. Hotel very basic. Rooms very small. Illuminated sign outside the window (all family suites located in this corner!). Scarily, the windows open fully. Don't want your children to try to lean out! Flats opposite able to look into your room. Stayed for 3 nights Had problems with the air-conditioning not working, during a very hot weekend (temperatures 26-28 degrees C at night!) Took until third day to fix the problem, and even then in only one of the rooms. Staff pleasant & trying to be helpful, but unable to resolve the issue.

Nice hotel at MontmartrePosted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: Affordable, clean, close to subway station
Room was very clean. Bathroom too. Very small though which is very common for European’s hotels. Windows can be opened so you get some fresh air. Approximately 5-minute walk to the nearest subways station. It takes then max 10 minutes to Arc de Triomphe. I would recommend this hotel, it is very affordable comparing to the hotels around the main attractions in Paris. There is a great bakery just 2-minute walk from the hotel, at the parallel street. Paris is so great, although be careful about street scam and pickpocketing.

Good value. Great location.Posted May 6, 2014
Paris is normally expensive. Holiday Inn offers surprisingly good value in my favourite area. 10 mins from Sacre Coeur and even closer to the great restaurants of Montmartre.

good location...pot luck with the roomsPosted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Staff friendly and tried to be helpful
Cons: redecoration of top floor rooms at least
Location: Monmartre.......fabulous...and possible to get away from the worst of the tourists with a little bit of effort
good location..easy walk to Metro and Monmartre landmarks and a few good restaurants and bars very close to the hotel. Had top floor room...plaster peeled from ceiling and wall paper bulging from damp...extractor fan not working in bathroom...breakfast at 15 euros each not good value compared to local bars.
