The hotel was nice and in a great area for cafes and bars but a bar within the hotel for a nightcap would have been nice but a bar area is in construction in the reception area which will be a bonus for future guests

The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The area near Bastille was very convenient to train station and several metro stops. Lots of options for dining close by. My only complaint would be that I didn’t like the shower set up. It was hard to maneuver. Otherwise, great stay in Paris. Hotel was exactly as advertised.

Glad I found this place...
This place is a bit of a find! Really liked it...very close to the Gare de Lyon, Bastille area and the Paris 'highline'. Lots of independent bars and restaurtants in the immediate neighbourhood. This is somewhere I will def look to come back to...and next time for longer. I only stayed overnight, but usually I am in Paris for a few days.

The hotel was well located, and the front desk was helpful and answered all our questions. The room itself was quite small, and was really just a bed and a bathroom, it was all we needed but we did feel a little cramped.

Loved this hotel. If you're travelling with kids, especially young kids, this hotel is a great option. We were in a junior suite. There is a little bedroom with its own door and a comfy bed that our 3 and 5 year olds slept in. My husband and I slept on the pull-out in the main area. Good sized room. Big bathroom. Little kitchenette with a mini fridge and microwave, so we would go to the very close grocery store and get veggies for snacks. Stored leftovers, etc. I loved that the floor was tile because I knew it was clean. Staff was excellent. Area is exceptional. Tons of really nice restaurants and bakeries (we went in August and I was afraid things would be closed but there was lots). Close to major subway routes and train strain. Amazing value.

Unfortunately due to changed travels plans I was unable to make my booking so cannot really comment on the hotel itself. However, having made the booking well in advance I received absolutely no communication from the Hotel or Expedia following my booking confirmation to remind me about my upcoming stay, or remind me about the deadline for confirmation/cancellation. This is a basic service you would expect (and receive) with any other booking website. Ended up paying for a stay I didn't make which I accept is my fault, but I am still shocked by how little communication I received. This is especially painful when you are immediately bombarded with messages to rate your check-in process and hotel stay almost immediately. Word of warning to other bookers, especially those with changeable travel plans!

The room was very small but we weren’t in it much so it didn’t matter! It was really quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again - in fact, we are staying again next week when we head back home from our Europe trip!

Quaint hotel. A bit strange we needed to leave our key with the concierge each time we left, but this was a very minor detail. Staff were excellent and very accommodating! Merci!

We were able to do early check in.The room for 4 people was spacious. The shower did not drain though, but they immediately gave us another room to use. It wasn’t a room for 4 people but we had use of it. Then late at night as we were going to bed the guest in the next room were playing extremely loud music. The staff immediately got them to turn it off once we reported it.

Lovely little hotel near Gare de Lyon.
We visited the hotel on the way back from the south of France and were very pleasantly surprised by this lovely little hotel. The receptionist was extremely welcoming, the bedroom was small but very nicely decorated and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We will be returning in September, and this will definitely be the hotel we use when passing through Paris. We can thoroughly recommend it. Thank you!

A lovely boutique hotel in a safe area of Paris. Closest Metro Ledru Rollin (Line 8 - 3min walk) or Bastille (Line 1,5,8 - 10min walk). As a family we were given room 10, a very spacious ground floor room with separate toilet and wetroom. We had daily housing keeping, including fresh towels. Sotiria, the lady at the front desk was extremely friendly, poliite and courteous, gave us advice on what Metro stations to take for Paris attractions and made our stay even more special, thank you.

We were very pleased with this hotel! Nice staff, very clean room, good rates, smallish but cozy room. A great location in a fun district. While waiting for the elevator, I mentioned to my wife that I was sure thirsty. The receptionist overheard me, got up, went to the bar and got me a glass of water!

Lovely little find, great area for a family with metro and restaurants nearby, staff were very polite and helpful. We had a junior suite which had ample space for the 4 of us. Great to get to Gare de Lyon for Disney as well.

Just wonderful…
This is such a gem of a place, our quadruple room was spacious and comfortable for 4 of us (including two growing teenagers). The separate toilet to shower room was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and the room immaculate. All the staff were lovely, the building is quirky and full of character with a nice little courtyard to sit in and feel very Parisian. The area the hotel is in is brilliant - more real Paris with lots of lovely shops and cafes, an amazing boulangerie just across the road from the hotel and some really decent restaurants that were so much better in quality and price than the ones you find in the touristy areas. Just follow the locals! But it was also really easy to get to the central tourist spots - it didn’t take long to walk along the Seine to the notre dame. So glad we found this place we will definitely be returning!

We stayed one night in transit through Paris. We chose the hotel for its proximity to Gare de Lyon and the surrounding area is full of character with a number of good restaurants nearby. Staff at check in were very helpful and the room was very good.

Great place to stay in Paris
Basically all good! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Small rooms, but that is typical for Paris. Appreciated the room safe. Shower was a bit difficult (to avoid soaking everything in the bathroom) with the narrow glass screen, but hot water wasn't an issue. Nearby market, wine bar, cafes, restaurants all excellent! I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Paris.

10 minute walk to Gare de Lyon and Place de la Bastille, lots of restaurants and bars around, and somehow, quiet hotel. It is small but has everything we needed and staffs were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back for a short stay.
