There a lot good about this hotel. Great breakfast. What I didn’t like was the extremely tiny shower (and I am a thin person!) Our room was a bit beat up and the carpets were horribly stained.

It’s as good as the description and prior reviews. Everything was perfect. The location, the room, the staff, the croissants in the morning, and 24 hours hot chocolate for the kids :) perfect!

This hotel has an excellent prime location , very clean and it has an amazing stuff , a special thank you to Anthony , he is definitely a great asset to the hotel , he is so professional and very friendly too . We loved this property. Very clean and amazing nice helpful stuff .Everything is very close to the hotel . Be in a center of Paris and by that quiet it impressed me . Room was nice , impeccable white sheets , comfy bed. I definitely would love to stay again at this hotel .

We had a great stay at Elsa Hotel. Great location, walkable to train station and Champs Elysee. Staff is great, Anthony was so nice and helped us with a taxi on the way to the airport. They offer free coffee and tea. It’s across from a cute bakery where you can get fresh croissants every day. Hotel room is small but not too small, good size for a hotel in a Paris. There is also a small grocery store right across from the hotel where uou can get water, snacks etc… everything was great, including the location. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Lovely room, nicely decorated and well equipped with comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful. Good location in quiet area but close to arc de triomph and transport links. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

A tell of two cities, the hotel is beautiful, great location and the staff is very nice. I got "upgraded" into a 3 bed room which was reasonably spacious for Paris, but the desk was minuscule so hard to work in the room which I had to do for a half day. The WiFi was also very week from the desk area so had to work on the bed (which was 2 meters away): guys, invest in 20 euros WiFi extenders! The room was carpet which I actually liked - and the heating was very nice in freezing Paris. Unfortunately I got unlucky and my TV was faulty.

This hotel is very beautiful and close to everything. Walking distance from all landmarks, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is very friendly, and Anthony is very helpful. I give this hotel a 10 out of 10.

Amazing location but the hotel needs a lot of work, it’s very outdated. Furniture, decor etc. this is not a four star as stated online.
