“bad hotel”
bathroom door broken and i cant close it drain sistem in shower room very bad (water com up) some lights not working
“Hotel Balzac was great!”
Very friendly staff who would go out of their way to keep you satisfied. Clean rooms and comfortable bed made for a great stay. The only downside is you are right by one of the most crowded areas in Paris but you can avoid the crowds by going through the side streets.
“hotel balzac”
Great hotel. Close to metro stop and Champs D'elysees. Not near any museums if that is what you are into. Hotel restaurant is very expensive and this is not your typical hotel with gift shop, coffee shop, etc. Very quaint, comfortable, private. Enjoyed it greatly.. this is PARIS.
“Great Location”
The location was excellent. The staff were very nice. My only recommendation would be to place complimentary tea and coffee in the rooms.
“Great hotel at the top of the Champs Elysees”
Perfectly situated at the top of the Champs Elysees, a couple of blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and a little less from the George V Metro stop. Pricey, but very comfortable and good service. The bathroom in our room, with its "wet room" style shower, was a bit odd - water went everywhere, and the faucet fixture on the sink was not securely in place and took a bit of coaxing to work. Otherwise, convenient to everything, good neighborhood, and overall tremendous experience.
“Very Classic French Style”
Very Convenient Location in Paris, including several metro lines, center of Champ Elysee. Nice classic interior and large and clean bathroom was excellent. Free Wifi Internet is provided.
“Hotel Balzac”
The staff is friendly and helpful. They can handle anything in English which is great since I speak absolutely no French. The room was clean, very quiet and there was always plenty of hot water.
