ExcellentePosted Feb 3, 2014
Cons: The gym/spa is nothing of the sort!! But gathered that from the photos before travel so not disappointed.
Staff were attentive and well informed. Room was immaculate and spacious, with some nice touches. Easy location for 10/15 minute walk to Louvre, or 2 minute stroll to the Metro. Galleries Lafayette just up the street too. Didn't eat in the hotel, but loads of cafe and 2 supermarkets close by.

Fab location and really helpful staffPosted Dec 19, 2013
Pros: Location, staff, clean room. nice reception
Cons: Room was a bit cold but they turn the heating up when we requested and were happy to fill my hot water bottle and deliver it to me!
Location: Shops, restaurants, cafes, Opera, Louvre. Not far from Eiffel Tower
We had an amazing time. The staff could not have been more accomodating and kind. The location could not have been more central. Most places in walking distance. Everything on your doorstep.

Paris HotelPosted Nov 11, 2013
Cons: Breakfast availability for guests
Location: close to paris operate, gallerie lafayette and other tourist attractions. Close enough to walk to the Louvre
The room was large by European standards and more than comfortable for 2. The separate toilet room was a real plus. The staff went out of their way to be helpful in providing directions, calling cabs and translating to English.

Gorgeous experience in a great locationPosted Nov 4, 2013
Absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. It was central enough to be easy to get everywhere, not noisy, with amazing food, great service and a snakeskin toilet (somehow it was tasteful). Couldn't fault the hotel. Even the WiFi was fast and free.

Smart hotel in a central location.Posted Nov 3, 2013
Pros: The hotel has a luxurious feel. The staff are polite and well trained. Central location is excellent for shopping, public transport and amenities.
Cons: A bigger room would mean a chair to sit on to watch TV.
Location: Close to Opera. Posh shops very close. At least 5 Metro stations close by. Only 30 minutes to Gare du Nord and Eurostar.
Booked in early and offered room without fuss. Accepted discounted offer for breakfast. Superior room was not large but quiet and comfortable.

Nice hotel but rooms are smallPosted Oct 19, 2013
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice.
Location: Location was good. Lots of shopping and eating nearby.
As with most European hotels, rooms are smaller than North American hotels. The hotel is in a good location in the Opera district.

Unique Hotel and Good ExperiencePosted Oct 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
From a bank to a hotel - makes for an interesting venue! The hotel is new with updated bath features. The breakfast is good with eggs made to order. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Location is in the Opera District and near major department stores like Printemps. Also near a Metro stop. My primary criticism: the hotel is very dark in ambiance. This is obviously a purposeful design decision but I much prefer bright lit lobbies and rooms. Would recommend this hotel.
