“Steps from the Louvre... A treasure of a hotel!”

Great Location, Superior Service, and a Nice Ambience. A small elevator is the only "bad" thing I can think of. I would definitely return if I ever have the chance. Highly recommended!

Great location. The room was great and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue we had with the hotel was that our room was right above the breakfast room and the luggage storage room, both of which were loud during the morning. We'd stay again.

“Excellent Choice in Paris”

We stayed at Britannique for four nights in September, based on reviews on tripadvisor and expedia. Excellent choice, and we would absolutely stay here again. Staff is extremely helpful, friendly, and speak English very well. The location was perfect for our itinerary--blocks from Ile de Cite and a 10 minute walk from the Louvre. Close to many cafes and restaurants, and next to a quiet yet chic little shopping district. The only downside is that the rooms are a little tiny (however, I would describe them as quaintly tiny, not uncomfortably tiny), and walls are a little thin. These are the only 'complaints' we could come up with after 4 nights, so I'd say they created a wonderful stay for us! Very much recommended.

“Excellent 1st Arr. Option”

Outstanding zone a/c in room. Excellent layout (Classic King). Shower with a curtain so no water leaks on the bath floor. Plush towels, slippers, and bathrobes. Extra comfortable bed. Outstanding breakfast selection an a Nespresso machine! Located one block from the river on the left bank, between the Louvre and Notre Dame. Can't wait to go back to Paris!

“Location, location, location!”

From the moment we arrived, my husband and I were very impressed with the reception desk staff, warm feeling of the hotel and the outstanding location. We were a bit concerned when we learned our room was facing the street, but being on the 6th floor and the fact that we could see the Eiffel Tower when we opened the window (you had to look to your right) alleviated all fears. Our classic double room provided ample space for our 6 day vacation. Metro station was a 2 minute walk away, but we seemed to go on foot to many destinations. Plenty of restaurants just steps away. Staff always available for Metro directions, restaurant ideas, etc. A laptop computer was available (for free) in the lounging area. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place for a short stay. Convenient location, everything is near by. Located on a side street, so not a lot of street noise.

“Great hotel, excellent location”

Very clean hotel with kind staff. Generous buffet breakfast. Small room but clean and comfortable and normal for Paris standards. I chose this hotel especially for its location, the Chatelet metro station has several branches that can take you anywhere you want to go, there is also bus 69 to take you near the eiffel tower. Within walking distance of the Louvre and Georges Pompidou museums. I fully recommend this hotel.
