Two nights at Roissy en FrancePosted Oct 20, 2013
Pros: This is a very nice hotel with a pleasant restaurant on the first floor.
Cons: It would be nice to have the restaurant opened all day long.
Location: This hotel is located about 5 miles from the airport where nothing but hotels are found. To see Paris take a shuttle to CDG.
Although this hotel is not located next to the airport, shuttles take you to and fro every 24 minutes to CDG from 5:00 am to late at night. If you want to be next the airport choose a hotel in Roissy Charles De Gaulle, not at Roissy en France--these are two different places!

Convenient to Chas de GaullePosted Sep 6, 2013
Pros: Beds were comfortable and food buffets offered lots of options. The airport shuttle was convenient.
Cons: Free internet access would be nice for printing boarding passes. Rooms 2, 4, and 6 are near a patio where people gather and drink and can get noisy.
Location: Based only on what we saw coming in and again as we left, there appeared to be no walking destinations except for other hotels.
Our first impression was that the front desk was short staffed. Later interactions with staff were more positive including with the very helpful gentleman who showed us how to find our flight status info on the lobby's big screen. We stayed here to be close to the airport for our flight the next day. It was perfectly acceptable and clean. The room was small but it was comfortable enough. This is one of several large hotels clustered for relatively quick and easy access to the airport. If that is your primary objective this fits the bill.

Clean Room. Some Shortcomings.Posted Aug 30, 2013
Pros: Breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Faster check in.
Location: I was primarily interested in a good night's sleep and a decent evening meal. Got the former, missed the latter.
Arrived at 10:30 pm. Only one clerk working. Nearly 45 minutes wait to check in due to crowd. In the meantime the dining room closed. So had to do with bar food. The bus driver could have announced the routing and told us when our stop was coming up. Bus was inadequate for the no. of passengers with loads of baggage that blocked the aisle. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice and clean, close to the airportPosted Aug 28, 2013
Cons: tap water is automatic, so cold turns to warm. no chance to get cold water - other than from the shower
Location: this is for overnighting at CDG airport
No problems - attentive staff, clean rooms, good breakfast

Value for money but nothing spectacularPosted Aug 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good value for money but airport shuttle takes way too long. Count on full hour to get to the hotel after you land at CDG. Staff is great, very friendly. Basic room, very basic but still comfortable.

Avoid CDAPosted Aug 9, 2013
Location: An odyssey! Must rely on locals to learn from where hotel shuttles leave and which to take. Hotels are miles away from CDA.
Suitable, but this hotel, as all airport hotels in this area, are miles away from the airport.

NOT AS ADVERTISEDPosted Jul 29, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a VERY disappointing stay. The hotel's information indicates it has air conditioning but this is not true. I spent the night before at a hotel elsewhere in France with no AC and had a very uncomfortable and sleepless night. It was quite warm at this time. I booked this hotel specifically because it noted it had AC. When the control in my room didn't turn it on I asked about it at reception. First they told me to put the thermostat at 30 degrees C. I told them that 30 is not cool and all it did was make the fan run. Then they told me that it might get better later in the day when it cools off. If the weather is cool, then this place could be fine, but if it is warm, STAY AWAY. This is not a 3 star property. Don't be fooled.

The hotel was all I was expecting from a Campanile and it had the advantage to be linked to the airport by a hotel shuttle which was very convenient.
