Good central Paris hotel on left bank

Posted Mar 28, 2014
Pros: Staff, good sized room, clean
Cons: Noise from room to room, could hear Tv in room next door, noise of lift, noise from neighbouring rooms
Location: Close to 3 metro stops on 2 different lines. Great shops locally, good neighbourhood area
Hotel, centrally located on South Bank/rive gauche, close to 3 metro stations on Line 12. Hotel is very clean, staff are friendly and very helpful. My room size was good although I believe some of the others are smaller. The only downside is that the rooms are close together and you can hear the television in the room next door. othrswise a good 3 star hotel.

Nice hotel off the beaten tourist path

I stayed here for one night after living in a dorm in the 15th for month and it was perfect. The staff was very nice and accommodating, it's situated right near two great local cafes. The 15th is very non-touristy and has great markets and cafes. It's right near a subway stop that takes you anywhere you need to go!

Just right for us

We wanted to stay in a Paris suburb on a good metro line and had lots of local shops and parks and this hotel had all this. We booked it on the internet after reading other reviews. We liked our thrid floor room, better than the one we were first offered on the second floor, was the same but had nicer furniture. Very easy walk to metro. Had a local market and local shops, good supermaret with a lovely bakery just around the corner. We would stay there again and hopefully will next time we are in Paris.
