Great staff and great locationPosted Jul 15, 2014
This is a small hotel but in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shopping closeby. Loved the guy who checked us in. Very friendly and helpful. Small room but clean and comfortable bed.

good locationPosted Mar 3, 2014 on Hotels.com
chosen for where it is and the price to be paid. No reason to change my view having stayed there. It is not 4*, but you get what you pay for. Breakfast @€16 is about right compared to outside - but with a bakery just 20 yds away the croissants could be much better at breakfast.

Great Hotel; wonderful staffPosted Nov 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel is a gem for Paris. There is a lot of hot water, the hotel staff are wonderful, and the location is a quick few minutes walk away from top Paris shopping, museums, etc.

Fairly decent place for short stay.Posted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: Location, room size, cleanness.
Cons: Internal soundproofing.
Location is great within few minutes walk of major points of both tourist attraction. Airport&Railway station logistics is simple and convenient. We were really pleased with the room size (#47), which is one of the major disappointments for Paris hotels of this price category. Our room was overlooking courtyard, thus devoid of any big city noise. However, internal soundproofing was a little bit more to be desired. Luckily, our neighbors were not newlywed on honeymoon.

Great locationPosted Jul 7, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great hotel, rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. But the best thing was the location. Ten minute walk to the Jardins des Tuilleries. Ten minute walk to the shopping at Printemps. Very close to the Madelaine Metro, which has good links to most places. Great time had by all!

Convenient location, though old and "dated"!Posted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Location was quite central and the place is clean. Desk staff was very helpful and courteous. Building is quite old - very narrow corridors and small elevator - can barely get in with your luggage bags! Our room was very "basic": no frills, just the bare requirements. It was nice, however, to get some coffee or hot cocoa in the small lobby hospitality area along with some snack danish/madeleines in the afternoon/evening/late night - or a bottle of water/juice/soda from their small refrigerator. Paris is expensive overall - so for the location, this place met our basic lodging needs - nothing fancy or luxurious!

Disappointing roomPosted Jan 24, 2012
Dirty carpet; dingy room. Location was quiet, but can hear people talking in the next room. Drapes stained and walls needed painting. Elevator was shaky. Breakfast nice and replenished quickly. Kitchen staff very nice.
