Pros: Location. Staff. Price.
Cons: No shower curtain so water just sprayed everywhere. wet floor so very dangerous and no Tea/Coffee making facilities.
Location: Very Good access to metro - Bercy. Fast train to central locations such as Louvre and Eiffel. Conenction required for Monmatre.
The hotel was clean and friendly. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Plenty of food that was topped up constantly. Room was a little disappointing. Very small and furniture a bit shabby. Floor looked like it needed hoovering but bathroom and bedding was clean. Needs Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. When we got back at night around 10.30pm we were desperate for a cup of tea and we couldn't get one in the hotel at all. We did enjoy the hotel though and the location was great. We would stay there again. The price was very good.

Very good placed. Next to Bercy train station... Very helpful people, clean. Expensive internet, ideal for not to be in the hotel the entire day. Good early breakfast, yes, I would stay again. No problem at all.

The hitel is right next to bercy metro so great for tourists. Hotel is tired and needs a lick of paint. Lift was out of order and we were given a room on the top floor not good when you have heavy bags to carry and the stairs are spiral and steep. Overal the breakfast was a basic continental buffet but adequate. I would stop again if in the area but it is a dated building that needs some tlc....

Hotel Claret could use a facelift

Great location as hotel fronts the entry to the Bercy Metro stop. Fact there was no deadbolt or other security measure on the door was a bit disconcerting to my daughter. Beds were only average for level of comfort (old beds). The food in the dining room for breakfast was average, but fresh. Staff at front desk was helpful and attentive. Nearby restaurant options at night were minimal.

Clean sheets and bathroom, room was renovated but still had large stains on carpet and walls. Breakfast was good, elevator a bit wonky. Right next to metro, good last minute place to stay for the night.
