We liked the location. About 1/2 mile from metroPosted Jul 24, 2015
The room was way too small for two people, especially the bathroom, which was difficult to move in by yourself. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Near many shops and restaurants that were reasonably priced with great food

charming hotel in one of Paris's liveliest quarterPosted Jun 30, 2015
Hotel de Buci was one of the most charming hotels I've stayed in - the location was perfect, decor beautiful, breakfast delicious. What really set it apart from other wonderful hotels was the incredible service provided by the staff, especially head concierge Sanjay. His personal attention and eagerness to make our trip special was extraordinary. We will definitely return to Hotel de Buci.

Lively Paris location in the 6thPosted Jun 30, 2015
Pros: The towel warmer, the a/c system, the closets and shelves. The bathroom amenities, generous towels.
Cons: More consistent services, as front desk and room turn down.
Location: The location is wonderful. The heart of St. Gremain near the famous cafes (Flore, Deux Magots), great shopping.
I had to wait 30 minutes to check in as there is only one person to do this. There seemed to be several different staff at the from desk. It seemed as though a couple of them might have been in training. I had booked a Superior room and it was the smallest hotel room I have ever had! The room did have good storage with shelves as well as hanging space. An iron and board were provided and that was a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was also extremely small. I had turn down service one night only, out of three.

Good locationPosted Jun 29, 2015
Smallest room I have ever stayed in after traveling for many years. Room approx 9 6" x 9 '6". Not space enough for a chair or large luggage. Good bath.

Smart choicePosted Jun 16, 2015
Pros: Location, it 2 blocks from a metro station. Plenty of food options just outside the door. Staff made me feel welcome. We will be back
Cons: The hard part for the hotel will be keeping this kind of service up.
Location: Read above
This has been my 4th visit to Paris, and first hotel I would Consider returning to. The rooms are small, but it is Paris. The location is easy to get to, and makes excursions easier. Also so many food, and drink options just outside the hotel door. There is a market half a block away that's open from 8am till 11pm (8-23). Room was clean, staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

Great Location!Posted Jun 16, 2015
The location and staff of this hotel are excellent! You can easily walk to the designer shopping and it is in the middle of many small shops & cafes. Around the corner, a little 'farmers' market popped up on Saturday morning selling the most beautiful produce, cheeses, sausages, flowers, etc... Truly a perfect location. The public areas of the hotel are clean, well maintained, and very pretty. The front desk was always staffed by someone with a smile that spoke both French & English. The breakfast was nice but very over priced; There were lots of choices, everything was fresh and plentiful, the waiter very pleasant, etc... but had we stayed longer we would have gone out to eat at one of the many surrounding cafes. We were given an upgrade to a larger suite and, although it was lovely, it was not as clean as I would have hoped. Replacing the carpets would make a big difference. My only critiques of this beautiful gem of a boutique hotel are the cleanliness of the rooms and the price of the breakfast.

Stylish, romantic hotel in the perfect locationPosted Jun 12, 2015
We loved our stay at Hotel de Buci! We booked a De Maitre room and were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of the room, which was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We loved opening the windows to take in the vibrant street outside, which is central to everything and surrounded by great bars and restaurants. Staff were professional and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

Paris ExperiencePosted Jun 8, 2015
Pros: We chose it for location and room decor. The decor was very traditional French Colonial. Very nice!
Hotel was centrally located in the St Germain district. We thought it would be a little more "low key" than near the Eiffel Tower. It was, but it was still hectic and crowded. The hotel was nice, but some of their "sales pitches" aren't quite accurate. They say they have a bar, but it is no more than some bottles of liquor in a lounge area, where the receptionist on duty will mix some drinks - NOT A BAR! The breakfast was nice, but certainly NOT worth $20 Euro per person. Especially when there are so many bakeries right outside the hotel door at very reasonable prices. As well as a fruit market and supermarket across the street from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but not as knowledgeable as I would have liked them to be.
