Love the staffPosted Dec 30, 2014
The location is wonderful, in the tourist part of Paris but somehow not of it. Best of all is the staff. They are friendly, English speaking, and ready to help. Despite the small size of our room I will definitely go back.

Great Find in ParisPosted Dec 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location near the Eiffel Tower. The staff couldn't have been nicer. They helped us with reservations and directions to local attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Nice hotel close to the Metro and the Eiffel towerPosted Dec 20, 2014
Excellent staff and nice location. It is possible to walk 30 minutes to the Eiffel tower enjoining the travel. Less than 200 meters away from the Metro. Room very small (typical in Paris) but clean and comfortable. The staff can help you to organize better the visits to the tourist places. The hotel is recommended for 1 to 4 nights (or more in case to receive the best room!). Congratulations to the wonderful staff.

Perfect and well priced.Posted Dec 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great location. Just around the Eiffel Tower. The street just besides the hotel has a few okay restaurants for breakfast and a market on Sundays. Also a Carrefour grocery store just one block away open until 11PM makes it very convenient. Fantastic helpful staff. Very attentive and genuinely smiley. Only cons: no kettle or coffee maker in room (although that is normal in Paris and I never requested one from Front desk... considering how helpful and polite they are, they might would be able to provide me one). Also, my room was extremely hot and dry. Air conditioning/heater in room was very challenging to adjust. Lastly the queen bed was actually two single beds combined. Mattress was quite hard. Overall: Very nice experience. I would definitely come back to The La Motte Picquet.

Fantastic location and service!Posted Nov 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
The Hotel de la Motte Picquet is n a perfect location ro enjoy Paris! Steps away from the charming rue Cler, lned with shos and cafes, mitmis also steps aay froman ATM, bank, poat office, tabac, Metro stop and bus lines. It is an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and Musee Rodin, a bit further to Musee d'Orsay. The service was gracious and someone was always available to explain transportation, arange a shuttle or help with check-in. The breakfast buffet is an extra charge but it is well worth it,with lots of choices and endless cafe au lait. This s my new favorite hotel in Paris!
