Ideal location

Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location and comfortable
Cons: Updating
Location: Great location - everything near by
This hotel is situated in a central spot to easily visit the Eiffel Tower - the metro stop is just across the road and we didn't use the metro again until, we left. It is a comfortable shabby chic hotel - room not that big but had everything you need - really enjoyed our stay

Small, pretty, lovely staff!

We only stayed one night but will return again and stay longer. A really pretty building, with well appointed rooms and, most importantly, a very comfortable large bed with immaculate linen and lots of soft pillows. A clean bathroom with lots of hot water, a big bath and a powerful shower. Plenty of small touches like fresh flowers in the bathroom, fluffy robes and slippers and a private steam room made it even better. Great places to eat all along the street and easy walking (or Metro) to all the tourist sites. Recommend the Bistrot de la 7e just around the corner for dinner.

Great place for a Paris newbie.

Posted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, great central location.
Location: Most of the main Paris attractions are within a reasonable distance.
We stayed here for three nights in June and couldn't be happier. The staff are very helpful and patient. We only knew limited French, but they were very accommodating and did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. There is a metro stop outside the front door and lots of cafe's and restaurants. If your keen you can walk to most of the main Paris attractions.

Nice place, very good situation

Central Paris rooms just are a bit small. But the room itself was comfortable; and the bathroom was a very good size, with a bath (huge plus after a day's sightseeing). It was also very quiet. The people are very nice. And if you don't fancy breakfast downstairs at the hotel, there is a super bar just next door, where you can see the 7me passing. The Metro is literally across the road, and so are the Invalides. And both the Grande and the Petite Palais are 10 minutes walk away, through one of the best views in Paris.

Fantastic night. Got upgraded and when I explained we were only in Paris for one night to celebrate my partners birthday, they brought complimentary champagne to our room

Great Little Hotel!

Posted Mar 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
I stayed there with my two sons in the Junior suite (three twin beds). It was very clean, staff was very nice and spoke enough English to make us feel comfortable. Location was easy to find with a Metro stop literally across the street and cafes right next door. I will select it again on my next trip to Paris. The only down side was the roof was a little low in this particular room and we are all over 6' 3".

Pros: It was small and quaint. It was very comfortable and homey.
Location: The location was perfect for us. It was across from Les Invalides, near the Eiffel Tower, and the metro was right outside. Lots of small cafes nearby
It was a lovely boutique hotel in a great location. It was close to Eiffel Tower, restaurants and metro, yet area was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Gentihomme Room, it was cozy, bigger than expected and nicely decorated. It was the perfect place for our first visit to Paris. We would definitely stay here again.
