Great locationPosted Jul 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
Easy access to metro, Eiffel Tower and restaurants. Room (45) very small but clean and serviced every day by great staff. Couldn't leave suitcase open in room as too small. View of tower nice. All staff very friendly.

Close to metroPosted Jul 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
This room was fine. Nothing great, but it was clean and close to the metro. The neighborhood was ok, but again nothing spectacular. The hotel staff was ok, they helped but didn't seem to excited to do so. The breakfast is definitely not worth the money, but there is a coffee shop directly next door and they had great coffee. The other notable thing about this room was the safe was so close to the ground I literally had to kneel down to look inside. Overall, it was mediocre.

Poor hotel for the price paid.Posted Jul 10, 2014
Cons: Decorate or at least touch up the rooms. Get friendlier hotel staff. Create a safe area for luggage to be left in.
Location: Location was ok.
Reception staff were rude and unhelpful. The rooms were in a poor state but very clean. We left our bags in the 'secure room' on the day that we left (the secure room being in the reception waiting area for everyone to see) and when we collected them we managed to walk out of the hotel without anybody noticing or questioning us.

Disappointing ExperiencePosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: I did not like any thing in this hotel as the room was extremely small, and services are very poor. In additions the hotel have unfriendly desk staffs
Cons: They need to improve their services and educate their staff to respect customers
Location: The location of the hotel is near attractions, however the area is unsafe.
Although the hotel in a good location near the Eiffel tower and some attractions, the area surrounding the hotel is full with pick-pockets ,homeless people and unsafe to walk at night. What make it worse that the service and staff and desk staff in particular are very rude and unfriendly and there is no simple services like free WIFI . The breakfast is expensive and low quality. The surrounding restaurants are a good place for pick-pockets to carry out their activities. I was almost lost my telephone when the waitress of the near by Thai restaurant took it with him when he was taking my order, Luckily I have noticed him slipping it in his pocket, and asked him to give it back or I will call the police, he said that he thought it was his since he have one like it (!!!). Upon my departure of the hotel, they have charged me twice for the same amount, calming that the first transaction was not successful (I have found this after I came back home). I sincerely do not recommend this hotel, and I will not stay in this area of Paris again.

Great location for the pricePosted Jul 8, 2014
About a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower. Great service and friendly staff. We had a room with double bed and twin bed, room was very small but just what we needed. Comfortable, nice, and good price. Would recommend to others without a doubt.

Not what I expectedPosted Jul 6, 2014
Cons: Staff hospitality, amenities, new bed, and room cleanliness
Location: The location was about a 10 min walk to the Eiffel Tower and down the street from restaurants and shops.
When we checked-in to the hotel, we found ourselves in a small elevator that would not allow us to bring all of our luggage with us at the same time. When we entered the room, it was not what was pictured for this hotel. The rooms had old furniture, the walls had cracks in them, the shower had mold on the tiles, the toilet was so close to the wall that you had to sit at an angle to if you wanted to use it. The bed had major dents on both sides that made you think about how many people have slept in this bed before you and was not at all comfortable. I constantly woke up feeling tired with an sore back. Our room had a partial view of the Eiffel Tower. They charged us to use their WIFI ()and to call a shuttle to the airport (8 Euros/per person).

Great location, tiny roomPosted Jun 30, 2014
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: The AC needs to have a longer setting for overnight
Location: Eiffel Tower in walking distance, close by metro, near army museum and napoleons tomb. Walking distance to rue cler.
The hotel is just a block from Eiffel Tower and you can walk down the street to get a look. Very close to metro which made travel very easy. The staff were ok we had an issue with the AC turning off in middle of night and we advised and no one fixed this. The hotel was very clean but a small room by North American standards. It suited our needs as a place to sleep. We would return there again.

Great location. Walking distance to Eiffel Tour.Posted Jun 27, 2014
Pros: Location in nice area. Good air conditioning adjusted in each room. Elevator very small but much better than carrying suitcases up to fifth floor.
Location: Near sites - Eiffel Tower. Sidewalk cafe and restaurants all over the area. Bus and metro within one block. Staff very helpful.
Very happy with staff. Friendly. All spoke reasonably to excellent English. Lots of restaurants, and grocery places nearby. Room small but nice.

Just OKPosted Jun 27, 2014
It served the purpose. The staff could have been friendlier. Very small rooms. We had an AC leak kept dripping on the floor. I went to ask for towels to dry the floor and they asked did I not already have towels in the room. I said yes but I would like to have some for my shower the next day. He said oh I understand. Again OK but I would go elsewhere next time. It was a convenient location.

Nice location but.........Posted Jun 27, 2014
Cons: Just about everything
We stayed here last year on a short break and all seemed ok but how standards have dropped. The staff on reception could not even be bothered to acknowledge your presence half the time, it seemed like a massive effort for them to say "Good morning/evening unless you spoke first. The lift was filthy and in the 9 days we were there the floor was not vacuumed once. We were unfortunate enough to have a very noisy family on our floor which gave us cause to complain and were simply told "they will be leaving in a couple of days". No offer to resolve the problem was offered. Also if you want a good nights sleep forget it! This hotel has chosen to put laminate flooring in all guest rooms so all you hear are loud footsteps or furniture being scraped across the floor. Some rooms look like they have been redecorated but I suspect these are reserved for guests who are not from the UK. last year on checkout they tried to charge us for two breakfasts from our day of arrival ( we arrived at 4 pm!). A simple mistake you might think until this year when they attempted to charge us for using the minibar which we never used. Nice little earner, if you let them get away with it. Very disappointing.
