Excellent hotel with great location.Breakfast was very delicious and great variety.Room was a little on the smaller site,but clean and great to crush in after a long day of walking and sightseeing.You could't find better location,3 blocks from Moilin Roige,just in the center of Monmarte, 5 minutes walk from 2 metro stations, with many different restaurants around and few shops.If you are looking for charming boutique hotel in the center of Paris and not too expensive,stay in the Hotel Des Arts,you can't go wrong with this small hotel for the value,breakfast and location.Will definitely go back there.

“Stay in Montmartre!”

Great hotel, marvelous breakfast in a nice eating area. Charming and in a perfect area, Montmartre. Close to Gare Nord, just a few Metro stops away. Very reasonable for Paris. Complimentary wireless card with Expedia

“we'd be happy to be back here”

the best thing about this hotel was the location . it has 3 metro stations near by which makes it easy for you to reach all the major tourist spots, and being near montmartre was also very charming. and pretty much all the street food around and little cafes were all good. they stay open pretty late as well, and we could see many people still eating around 10 to 11 pm. complimentary breakfast was simple but good enough for us to start the day. hotel was very clean and staffs were all nice and spoke english for us. only thing i might complain is that there was no shower certain at bath tub, and you have to keep getting wifi card from the hotel. it is free, but the longest time you can use for these cards were 300 min. and below that it's 120 min. or 90min. and while we stayed there for 6 nights, we had to get new card about 6 times. other than that, everything was just perfect for us. the elevator is very small, but we only had two luggage, so it fit fine for us. room may feel small to some people, but we sort of expected this and we just needed enough space to sleep, change, put our bags and sit down. considering the price, i think it would be hard to beat this one in paris.

“OUR ROYAL HOME IN ROMANTIC PARIS”

My wife and I stayed for five nights at this unique and enchanting hotel. We had the greatest time ever. The hotel is simply lovely and close to everything a visitor wants to find and see in a strange city. The hotel is right in the middle of the action: fantastic bistros, restaurants, shops, bakeries, and most of all the Basilica of the Sacre Coeur and Moullin Rouge are located within walking distance. The walk to Metro is pleasant and enjoyable. The breaksfast was plentiful and delicious. The Parisiennes were simply wonderful and helpful to us at all times. La vie est fantastique!! We cannot wait to go back. We are already planning a secon stay in our home away from home in romantic Paris!

“Would recommend with a qualification”

This was first time visit to Paris. Stayed at hotel for 7 nights. Hotel is very clean, staff is friendly, location is convenient. About a 30 minute walk or 15 minute metro ride to center of Paris. Room small but large enough to move around in. Was on a low floor overlooking somewhat noisy street, but with window closed we didn't hear anything. Bathtub with handheld shower and no curtain, but manageable. Internet requires use of time-limited codes (i.e., specific # of minutes) - since booking included free internet, these were supplied by front desk at no cost, but not the most convenient arrangement. Basic breakfast - fresh brench bread, pastries, spreads, yogurt, drip coffee and tea. Breakfast room can get crowded. The one time we came towards end, pastries were out. Other guests were all friendly and we enjoyed talking with them when we did have to share a table. Only qualification is that some of the rooms only have windows to an interior courtyard, some have very small bathrooms, and your double might be two twins pushed together.
