Lovely hotel very central Lots of cafes and bakery’s around it. We used the metro which was a 5 minute walk away. Staff were lovely very friendly Rooms were clean and great for our 2 night stay. I would definitely recommend.

I loved the solid bed! I didn’t like it that when I took a shower, the water was cold. The location, near the metro, and near a flee market, is a plus!

Great little hotel in the Latin Qtr, with easy access to everything you need snd want. 24hr desk and room well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Cups & glasses filthy. Rooms small with limited space for suitcase/clothes. Positives were it’s close to cafes and public transport. They were getting common area carpets replaced which I was made aware of. When I returned at the end of the day, the contractors had my door ajar which I was not made aware of & concerned anyone had access to my items. Banging started early the next day & a contractor let himself into my room without knocking. I was angry at this as had only recently stepped out the shower. Complained to management who didn’t really seem to care. Doubt I would book again.

The hotel is in close proximity to several major metro stations - gateways to all of Paris. It’s location in the Latin quarter makes it a plus, especially if you’re into old bookstores, small city parks, excellent cafes on every corner. Close to several pop up markets with fruit and vegetable vendors, amazing cheeses, and charcuterie. We wouldn’t stay in any other arrondisement given the ease of access to all of Paris from the 5th. L’hotel et tres jolie!

The hotel is nice, bed was comfy, staff was great. Extremely unhappy with the wifi connection, because there was no wifi. I went to the front desk and told them it’s not working. The staff member said he would try and call me or knock to let me know. Which didn’t happen. The next day at 10am the wifi was STILL not working. You would think the hotel would have a plan b for their guest, but they do not. Again they said “sorry”. That’s not what I wanted to hear. I wanted a solution. I would not recommend this hotel if you need internet to complete work stuff.

Great place to stay for your visit to Paris. Great location in the Latin Quarter with walking access to many sights, and close to the metro for everything else. Great staff, friendly and helpful, nice property, and an excellent breakfast buffet to get your day started. Room was small, but had everything we needed. Enjoy your stay!

Great location, metro a few feet away which makes it easily accessible. Linda was amazing, when we first got to our room, we noticed there were quite a bit of ants. She quickly took care of it & wasn’t an issue after. Made our stay quite enjoyable so appreciate her for that.

This hotel is very nice. The room was cleaned daily but the bedsheets where not changed during our 3 nights stay, which was not a huge issue, it was okay. The bathroom needs some update. But all by all it is a nice hotel at a nice location. Btw, the staff is very friendly!

A perfect 3-star hotel. Rooms are very small and compact (I could hardly fit in the shower) but it was safe, clean and in a great location – in the Latin quarter, away from the throngs of tourists on Champs-Élysées or in Montmartre, but close to two Metro stations and within walking distance to many sights (we walked almost everywhere). Breakfast was great - fresh, efficient and pleasant service. Front desk service was also warm and helpful.

Terrible customer service experience. I chose the hotel as the first stop for my honeymoon. We were checked in after 2 pm and were told we have a breakfast after 7 am tomorrow. Surprised, I asked whether the lady is sure that breakfast is included and she said yes. I know from friends that some hotels upgrade your room or give complimentary food or drinks when they have honeymooners so I thought they were just being nice. What a mistake... The morning after I went to check out and I gave my card back which is the time when people normally tell you if you need to pay anything extra- nothing. The man just switched on the lights for breakfast. We grabbed two croissants and we went for the suitcases. Surprisingly, the same man stopped us and said we own him something like 27-28 euros. As everything is booked and paid through Expedia, I thought he has just made a mistake. However, he said we had breakfast to pay for. I was shocked. There was absolutely no label at reception breakfast comes at an extra cost, neither I was told at any point that two croissants will cost me almost 30 euros. I explained to him that the day before when we checked in, a lady told us we have breakfast and when I asked her whether it is included, she confirmed. Of course, he said that this is not. He laughed at my face, listening to his loud music. The problem was mine, not his obviously. Not to mention coffee is paid separately. I have never experienced more arrogant behaviour in my life before.

The staff was absolutely amazing. We went during the Metro strike at the very start and were terrified we wouldn't get a cab back to the airport in time. The concierge at night was incredibly helpful. He called in a favor on our behalf and we had a cab waiting for us promptly in the morning. Could not recommend this place enough, purely for the incredible staff.

I'd stay here again
Great location, very close to the Metro and many good places to eat within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful.The room was a good size and we especially enjoyed the balcony. The water was hot and abundant and our room was well serviced every day.

The cushions (not pillows) and the chairs in the breakfast room had old stains. As far as i’m aware everything else was clean, if a little dusty, but this looked a bit unprofessional. Also I arrived to breakfast an hour & 1/2 before it ended but food & coffee was running out & I was told would not be replaced, tables were not cleared away & reset & I thought the staff listening to her phone with earphones in was very unprofessional

Great spit
Great location 2 metro lines close by, laundrette opposite a drinking hole, Le Petit Cardinal café right outside Cardinal Lemoine Metro entrance and great friendly staff there to serve icy cold beers and great food....awesome The accomodation was great, small but comfortable...typical situation for Paris unless you want to pay big dollars

I stayed in room 55 and the carpet wad the dirtiest and most stained carpet I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. I didn’t want to walk on it in my bare feet. If I didn’t look st the floor, everything else was just ok, nothing great. The girl at the desk when I checked out was wonderful. She helped me with the difficulties I experienced with my arranged transport. I’d give her 5 stars if I could.
