Die Nähe zur Metro hat auch seine Nachteile, das Zimmer war leider sehr laut.

ottima posizione, camera e bagno molto pulitiPosted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: Posizione, colazione, pulizia.
Cons: Acqua calda e il riscaldamento.
Location: Posizione e camera ottime.

Not so happy...Posted Mar 27, 2015
Pros: One of the staff person was very kind and helpfull. His name is Abdul.
Cons: it is what it is...
Location: The good thing about the the hotel location is that it is close to metro stations and bus stations.. Some restaurants around to eat day and night.
hotel is located in a very busy and noisy street, even though we were only there to sleep you could hear the metro all night and the ambulance passes by all night. The bathroom shower was licking water...and the slide door would not open all the way. One day we came back to the hotel and our bed was not done or cleaned. The room very small and rooms very very close to each other.

Great hotel for the money.Posted Mar 10, 2015
Pros: Room and shower were very nice and updated.
Location: Close by is the Rue Mouffetard, a cute street with many fun shops. And on Saturday, a street market for antiques was happening during my stay.
This hotel is just on the outer edge of the Latin Quarter. It isn't exactly centralized, but it puts you within walking distance of a few fun areas. And one of the subway lines is one block away.

Great location but not that great of a hotelPosted Feb 22, 2015
Pros: Location is great
Cons: Many things
Location: Lots of stuff to do and Metro is a 1-2 minute walk that can easily take you to any part of the city.
Stayed at Hotel Devillas for 2 nights during our stay in Paris. Location is really great because it is close to the Metro and a nice, scenic walk (if it's not raining) to some of the attractions (walked to the Notre Dame in about 25 minutes, Louve in 35 minutes). The hotel itself looked nice as were the rooms. We stayed in the Comfort Double, which faces away from the main street to avoid the traffic sounds so that was a plus, but because of it being located by the stairwell, you could hear people going up and down the creaky steps. Also because of the stairwell, it made the room smaller, with very little room to walk around, especially with luggage. In addition to that, our original room was missing the glass shower door and because the hotel was booked full, we could not switch rooms until the next day. It was a hazard and when I asked for extra towels for the floor, the hotel staff said he would provide them but never did. Lastly, they have a policy where you have to leave your room key at the front when you leave the hotel which made us very uneasy because to get your key back, you just tell them a room number. This was a big issue for us because on two occasions, one on the first morning (at around 10am) and the other one on the second morning (around 7am), people tried to come into our room. It was not a pleasant experience to have a stranger try to barge into your room while you're sleeping.

Pros: Clean, quite and near the metro station.
Cons: More English speaking channels on TV.
Location: There are a few restaurants that serve breakfast at reasonable prices.
It was in a great location, easy to get to from Gare du Nore. Room was clean and was functional. Would of liked to have at few English speaking channels on the tv - BBC News would have been nice.

Okay hotel at its pricePosted Feb 1, 2015
Pros: The hotel room is very small but clean and functional. The location is okay given its price.
Cons: If there was one thing I would want to "complain", that would be the very strong Chlorine smell when I first checked in hotel. I could barely breathe.
Location: There was a small bar and Brasserie right next to the hotel. The waiter was being very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel location is at the edge of Latin Quarter. It is 20 min easy and pleasant walk to Notre Dame, along the Seine. It is a bit walk from a few good restaurants in Latin Quarter. I traveled alone. So I usually walked to the restaurants but would call Uber after dinner to go back to hotel, as it was usually way passed 9:30. The hotel room is very small but clean and functional. The staff is friendly and helpful. Their English is enough to answer my questions.

Nelle immediate vicinanze ottimi ristorantini.
Buon hotel in ottima posizione. La camera ed il bagno sono piuttosto piccole ma d'altra parte un turista che va a Parigi non ci va per restarne in albergo. Nei pressi ottimi ristorantini.

Nice, modern hotel within easy reach of cityPosted Jan 13, 2015
Pros: Staff did anything they could to make us comfortable.
Cons: Milk with the tea/coffee in the room. I fetched it myself in the morning from the breakfast area.
Location: Very close to the Natulral History Museum "Muséum national d'Histoire naturelle" which has lovely gardens to stroll in. Notre Damme is 20-30 min walk
We had two rooms on the 3rd floor, both were good standard and modern furnishings. Comfortable beds, nice 'wet room' style bathroom. Close to the attractions to walk, plus also near to a train station and Metro if you're feeling lazy.
