Nice location Friendly staff

We stayed for 4 nights in December The bed was nice and comfortable The bathroom and the toilet need modernising Similarly the carpets looked old and worn out No free bottle of water on arrival

Historical hotel, fantastic location

Cons: Furniture, amenities, minibar content, heater.
It is a historical hotel in a prime location. Very old, very French. Scuffed rugs, shabby plush, squeaky stairs, mahogany handrails, polished by thousands of hands. There is still room for making the guest experience better by providing good furniture and luxury amenities, matching the establishment.

Pros: Location was ok being near the Louvre.
Cons: Everything!
Location: The Louvre is right next door..
I was shocked to see that this is a 5 star hotel. Staff was super rude, when we arrived, only the revolving door was working and there was no concierge to help with the bags, we had to carry our bags through this revolving door that kept getting stock "later it was explained that it was due to security reasons" and it barely fits one person with a bag. It was around 2:30 and we weren't allowed to check in until exactly 3. When we got to the room I found out that the tiles in the bathroom were coming off, I stepped on a nail in the floor's carpet that left a blue mark for days "still there", bed was very uncomfortable, bathtub very slowly drains the water. DON'T STAY THERE!

Cons: Är något allmänslitet.
Location: Promenera och äta i omgivningen.
Hotellet ligger väldigt bra och med många sevärdheter runtomkring, läget är oslagbart! Hotellet håller bra standard men det märks att det har några år på nacken.

Great location but rooms need major renovations.

Pros: Staff and location.
Cons: Renovate and do not sell rooms as view rooms
The staff is excellent and the hotel location is also excellent. We paid extra for a view room which had NO view and the room itself was tiny and very worn.

excellent central location

Pros: central location
Cons: Generally the room needed a makeover and bit more attention to cleanliness in bathrooms
Location: Perfectly central to take in all the historical and must see places in Paris
Very good overall experience, very professional and attentive staff that should be commended for there attention to detail, excellent breakfast. Whilst uncommon for late October into early November the weather was an absolute bonus 21/22 degrees.

Friendly hotel right next to The Louvre

Pros: Warm feel , beautiful staircase at entrance. Juliette balcony and view. Brasserie.
Cons: Carpets and shower a little dated but adequate and did not detract from such a beautiful Parisean hotel
Location: Next door to The Louvre. A beautiful walk through the Jardin des Tulleries up to the Arch de Triomphe .
Found hotel on Expedia . One night stay for my daughters 21st after travelling oin Eurostar from London. Hotel was easy to find , close to bars , cafes Excellent location for The Louvre and Notre Dame and it was worth seeing both main sites both at day and it was more magical lit up at night. As soon as reception heard of the birthday celebration we were upgraded to a suite on the 4th floor at no extra charge - a gesture that we will remember as part of the overall celebrations for a lifetime. The view overlooking the Louvre from a juliette balcony was wonderful . Whilst have to say some of the hotel is a little dated the service of the staff made up for this ( I had forgotten my charger and the concierge immediately found one for me at no extra charge) . The evening was memorable dining in the hotel's Brasserie - with Kir Royale and steak au poivre . Excellent service and gorgeous food.
