Very rude Concierge staff

Concierge staff lost my mail and was very rude about it, wouldn't recommend staying on a business trip at all.

Excellent staff, room and breakfast buffet. Close to subway and attractions. Bus tour stops close by and plenty of cafe selections.

Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt

Pros: Die gute zentrale Lage
Cons: Zimmer nobler gestalten, ausstatten
Location: direkt am Louvre, die Champs-Elysees ist nicht weit (Triumphbogen), Eifelturm, Notre Dame, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Flußrundfahrten etc.
Hatte bei einem 5-Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet. Die Zimmerausstattung ist identisch mit jedem 3+-Sterne Hotel. Nur die Preise sind auf 5-Sterne Niveau. Was mich etwas gewundert hatte, vor Ort war es nur noch ein 4-Sterne Hotel. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut, kann man ja auch erwarten für 30€/Person. Der Vorteil, das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, so dass man im radius von 2-3km alles gut erreichen kann

Lovely hotel, professional, friendly, helpful staff. If you want a high end hotel, this is it. 2 minute walk to louvre museum.

Hotel is centrally located. The facility is in dire need of some serious love.

good located in center of town

Pros:
The service at the hotel is ok, not better or worse as the average. It is very well located, when you want to stay in center of Paris. The air condition is not modern therefore during the night ac it is very loud. The breakfast is absolutely disappointing, not many fruits, dried egg, for a fresh omelet you can wait about 20 min and you have to pay 30 € for breakfast.

Hotel super bien placé

Pros: l'emplacement , le meilleur dans Paris
Cons: c'est un peu usé à certains endroits ( partie commune, ascenseur ..)
séjour professionnel , 2 nuits , emplacement top, personnel très aimable et prévenant , beaucoup de touristes dans l'Hotel ( normal vu le quartier) pratique d'avoir une brasserie dans l'Hotel, chambre propre avec vue sur le Louvre , literie correcte . isolation moyenne sur la rue . parties communes un peu défraichie , faut pas s'attendre à un palace , Un peu vieillot donc dans l'ensemble , mais si il était rénové et astiqué le prix des chambres serait le double au vu de l'emplacement . bon rapport qualité/prix pour le quartier

Pros: Location....easy access to everything. Character abounds.
Cons: Rooms are very dated....needs to be upgraded. I've stayed in similar sized rooms in some great cities, but they have always been elegant unlike here.
Location: Louvre,Norte dame, metro, great restaurants....try absinthe for the best food and service at the best price, five minute walk.
Very friendly check in staff.....Fabiana (?) could not have been nicer and she made the long trip to Paris worthwhile. Concierge was also amazingly helpful and unstuffy. The hotel was well located, but we were not greeted at the taxi despite being there for about 3 minutes while we charged the fare...no one approached us in the lobby either to assist with the luggage....I do expect this from a nicer hotel. They did allow us to check in early which was greatly appreciated. The room was supposed to have a king bed per our expedia purchase. It had two twins. It took several hours to get someone up to the room and it turned out to be a cleaning woman when I thought someone was bring a new mattress. She just connected the beds with a Velcro flap, then changed linens, but she was so sweet and I appreciated her. The tv didn't work and a very nice maintenance man came and replaced the remote...he was very friendly. The room itself was tiny with fluorescent lighting which reminds me of a hardware store....unfortunate. The bath was nice however. Closets were tiny tiny. Location was good and very central. I guess ordering via expedia, you should expect an interior room which is what they gave us....only view in this fabulous city was the room across the interior well. It would have been nice to understand this was what to expect as I would have happily paid a little more to face the city.

Excellent location!

Pros: Clean and well located.
The room was clean and met our needs being close to everything. The bathroom was big with both a tub, shower and 2 sinks, however the toilet was only accessible through the closet and had no sink....

Pros: Sa localisation, le calme ,literie très confortable,propreté
Cons: Personnel plus accueillant,rénover le hall d entrée et les corridors
Location: Beaucoup de restaurants À 1km Galeries Lafayette et Printemps À1km de Notre Dame Métro ligne 1 à côté de l'hôtel À , 0,5km des Halles
Hôtel très vieux, chambres rénovées, pour les personnes qui aiment ce style
