Nice value / une bonne affairePosted Jun 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
Overall, this hotel is nice. If you are unfamiliar with hotels in France, you should know that this hotel is typical of low-cost hotels. It is within walking distance to both Gare d'Austerlitz and Gare de Lyon, which is great. One problem is the lack of elevator. Not convenient for travelers with luggage. Additionally, there was no real storage room for our luggage that we were unable to carry upstairs. We left our luggage in a back room, which I personally don't think is very secure.

Great locationPosted Jun 5, 2013
Cons: Uncomfortable bed
Location: 400 metre walk from Gare de Lyon and Metro.
Very central location and friendly staff, with only real issue being an uncomfortable bed.

Small, clean, 2 star hotel. Convenient for Gare du Lyon and Notre Dame.

convenient for gare de lyonPosted May 28, 2011 on Hotels.com
Hotel is old and lacks ameneties but was clean and convenient for Gare de Lyon from which I had to catch an early train. Reception friendly enough. Neighbourhood fine, plenty of people around even late at night and lots of options for eating. Note no lift if you have a lot of luggage. Would not recommend if looking for a special experience, but I stayed for one night and thought it reasonable value for money given it's in the centre of Paris, hence I rate it 3 out of 5.
