Small and Cute Hotel in a Great Location.
Small like most European hotels - certainly not US style, but very comfortable. The location is excellent! Within walkingf distance of the Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame and the Louvre. The immediate surrounding area has a lot of food options and shopping. Getting there from CDG is a breeze as the stop is "Les Halles"which does not require a change of trains.

I stayed here over two nights a week apart in December. I was lucky enough to score a single room on each occasion - I imagine in-season rooms here are like gold dust. The location, smack in the middle of the Marais, and the hotel is in great condition with lots of lovely touches: a brilliant, deceiving expansive lobby, a nicely stocked and beautiful honesty bar, comfortable beds and nice finishing in the room and a super front of house. I don’t expect I’ll easily land a room here again but I would jump at the chance.

Not the properties fault but the area around the hotel is very dirty. I heard several people complaining as well about the same thing. Seems like such a shame.

Amazing Hotel in the heart of the Marais district. Great service. Easy access to many things like metro, shopping, the Seine, and multiple museums. Even helped arrange car service to and from airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location
Hotel is super clean and very nice, small cozy rooms but very modern bathrooms, fast elevator, staff is attentive, location is great, close to great restaurants and train lines for quick travel. Ideal for LGBT tourists as the area has fun LGBT bars.

Perfectly located ,small room for American standard but it is le marais oldest neighborhood in PARIS ,I was more inconvenient by the slamming of doors all night in the hothel than by the noise outside.greeting by the front desk was less than good but after square all of this the next day with a wonderful attentive and customer oriented young lady I had a plaisant stay ,will not be my first choice but keep it in my list They make the rest of my stay more plaisant

Hotel Duo’s location in Marais is excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful .. in our case, they accelerate room cleaning (for our room) after the guests had checked so we could get in sooner. The room we had booked was 03 - a suite with two rooms meant for 4. The decor was a bit tired and worn but a bigger problem was the locations of the toilet (outside the main bedroom so easily accessible to all) and sink/bathroom, which could only be accessed via main bedroom. That was super inconvenient!!!

I found the location super convenient. Walking distance to the Latin Quarter and places in the Marais. Metro stop is literally outside the hotel door. Staff was SUPER helpful and attentive, and I would like to call out Serena and Kelvin who gave us really good tips.

3/5 for its staff (well, receptionists) that were super helpful and friendly. Without the staff I’d rate this 1/5, especially considering the price. Unfortunately in terms of property conditions and cleanliness this is more like 2.5-3 star hotel. Wouldn’t stay here.
