Fantastic intimate hotel in the heart of Paris!Posted Jul 28, 2014
The location is perfect and tucked away at the same time which offers privacy as well as convenience. The standards within the hotel is of a very high standard. The staff are absolutely lovely and went the extra mile. I without a doubt will be returning.

Perfect Parisienne hotel great locationPosted Jul 23, 2014
Fantastic hotel in an excellent location for transfers to/from CGC and ideal for metro to all the famous landmarks of Paris. Rooms are spacious by Paris standards and I booked a superior room which I would recommend for not much more money(it had a full size bathtub-very rare in Paris hotels). The staff very very friendly and helped arrange flowers to be delivered for my fiancé's birthday aswell as hiding birthday cakes in the hotel fridge!!! There is an excellent bakery at the end of the road for breakfast and Argentine Metro station is 2 mins walk from the front door. Can't recommend this highly enough. Deserves it high ranking on all fronts. Chapeau Hotel Duret!!!!

Excellent location near Palais du Congrès.Posted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: I liked the location, the cleanliness and quiet functionality of this hotel.
Cons: A more helpful reception and help with luggage would certainly improve the overall service quality.
Location: The hotel is located near Palais du Congrès , walking distance to Champs Elysees with excellent restaurants, shops and transportation services.
Practical and pleasant. The lobby and bar are very convenient and comfortable. Breakfast service is good. Rooms are small but carry everything that a business traveler needs. The size of the washroom is tiny though. I was quite happy with my stay at this hotel.

Dirty Hotel and small roomsPosted Jun 6, 2014
The staff very friendly the room cleanings and comfort lacking. I never will stay here again for the price there are better places to stay in Paris. It is not a four star but a two star at best. Keep away.

Pros: Great Location, Centrally located, close to transit, clean and modern
We arrived May 16th - 19th in Paris, and had a great stay at the Hotel Duret. The staff were great, very accommodating/helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Arc d'Triumph. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Rooms were spacious, clean and modern,

Pleasant hotel on quiet streetPosted May 15, 2014
We were able to walk to many places from our hotel. There was a great patisserie on the corner and little markets on the street as well as a great little restaurant right across the street. Edward was helpful with dining and tour reservations and providing maps to get around town. I liked that we were on a quiet side street.

Nice hotel in fab location. Not dead centre of Paris but charming area nonetheless. Couple of metro stops from the big tourist attractions. Staff were fantastic, room was ready to check into at half nine in the morning. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, great location, great service !Posted Apr 28, 2014
Pros: Excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle with easy access to all the great site Paris has to offer.
Location: Walk as often as you can as you miss out on many of the hidden gems !
An excellent boutique hotel located away from the hustle and bustle of Paris but in walking distance from the Champs Elysees, even to the Eiffel Tower for if you don't mind to walk where you go. Staff were very efficient, friendly and welcoming, happy to offer advice on what to see, where to eat etc. For those who require Wi-Fi while travelling - Hotel Duret has this taken care of, easy access and decent speed. There's a small supermarket around the corner for the odd bits and a couple of great place to eat if you preferred to stay local after a day of mega-walking. A trip many of the local bakeries is a must as well as travel by Batobus (on the river Seine). Hotel Duret is highly recommended for a short break in Paris. Finally - thanks for the great maps provided at check-in !

Excellent hotel, close to the MetroPosted Apr 9, 2014
Pros: Size, location and friendliness
Cons: Free Tea/coffee facilities in the room
Location: Bars, restaurants, metro, arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées.
We stayed at the Duret on recommendation as we were in Paris for the 2014 marathon and we were not disappointed. We had a standard double room situated on the first floor. It was small but well presented, clean and comfortable. No stains on the carpet in our room! If I had one criticism it would be the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. We had free access to Wifi plus the use of a computer. The locality of the hotel is ideal with the Argentin Metro only a few minutes walk away and The Arc de Triomphe only five minutes walk. The start of the marathon was on the Champs-Élysées and it ended on the avenue Foch so the Duret is in a perfection location. We would gladly revisit the Duret and would recommend it.
