Overall very good experience, room was a bit cramped but very typical for Paris. No English tV channels but room was cleaned exceptionally well & had pretty much everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

The hotel location, cleanliness and the room itself were all amazing. Great decoration on the inside gave it a lovely feel. // However - two issues. Firstly - breakfast. This was based on sandwiches with jams, spreads, cheeses and meat available - however no bread was there due to 'supplier issues in the morning'. The correct thing to do would have been for a staff member to buy some bread from a local bakery. Instead, had a small bowl of cereal. I asked for a cappuccino, as a sign on the breakfast table suggested, however after a confused look was told that the machine wasn't working. So to be honest, there wasn't really a breakfast on offer. The big shock came when, for two people, I was made to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the pleasure of not having breakfast. Second - when I called reception to state that the WiFi wasn't working, I got an abrupt message to try again with the instructions detailed previously. On leaving the hotel for dinner, I raised the issue once again at which point they realised that the WiFi was down - this was fixed by the next morning. At the end of the day, everyone gets WiFi problems every now and again, however the issue could have been looked into straight away rather than supposing that I was doing it wrong. // I'm sure these issues can be sorted swiftly so despite that experience, I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Great location but the staff were extremely rude the whole trip. AC didn't work and they refused to move us. Then water poured through the ceiling and we were eventually moved. Spoiled the trip slightly, as we were looking forward to the hotel.

Location of hotel was great. Close to metro and attractions. However for the first 2 nights, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working. Took some pestering then we were able to change rooms. So that was a letdown.

Hotel very close to main attractions and George V metro station. Staff was great to hold our luggage while sight seeing before and after we stayed at the hotel to avoid bringing it with us while touring.
