No regrets and would go again. :) There was an issue with shower drainage but we didn’t alert the hotel staff to it until we checked out.

This hotel is in a fantastic central location full of cafes and restaurants with lots of action. You are within steps of the Metro. I highly recommend taking the "half board" option because you not only get breakfast but also either lunch or dinner each night in their wonderful Italian restaurant.

This was my 4th trip the Paris and this has been the best stay and I will definitely return to this hotel. From the reception teams help and support from when I arrived (thank you Fatima and Emma) to the convince of the location and cleanliness of the rooms every was excellent.

What a lovely hotel on the shores of Lake Garda. The service, hotel and rooms was excellent - I stayed out of summer season but would highly recommend. As I travel a lot, one of the small things that means a lot is the shower in the room. I must say the shower (including strength) was one probably the best I have experienced !!

Comfortable hotel in a very walkable part of Paris. Great location. Staff were super helpful and friendly and made my daughter feel special on her birthday. Highly recommend!

Staff were so friendly and helpful; rooms quirky and full of character. Excellent central location if a bit noisy. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a Paris break.

This hotel was just lovely. Quaint and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, so friendly it was very hard to leave. We would definitely stay there again. Price was very good as well. Also we had a lot of communication from the Manager before hand giving us very helpful information re how to get there and the activities that were around.

This is a beautiful hotel! We stayed in a corner room with a wrap around balcony overlooking the street below. It was magical. Highly recommend Hotel Europe!

Best location ever for a week in Paris!
The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. The front desk was staffed 24 hours and everyone was friendly and helpful. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast, but it looked lovely. There were bars, coffee shops and bakeries steps away for a quick breakfast and restaurants and fun everywhere. We had a wonderful visit and the cleanliness and convenience of this hotel made that possible!

Dreadful Paris hotel. Avoid
Booked for my nephew and daughter to stay in 2 rooms for 2 nights. They were made to pay in full at check in. Quite noisy but to be expected in a city centre. Noisy cleaning staff early in the morning, no regard for guests. 1st morning no hot water. No working telephone in the room to contact reception. When they went down, they were rudely told it was being dealt with, no idea how long it would take, but it happened often. No apology. Another noisy night and at check out they complained to a much more helpful receptionist who could only suggest a reduction on a return stay. No chance of that!

We loved our stay at St Severin. The location is amazing, buzzy yet quiet overnight. The room was nice, clean, with a great big tub. Despite rain, the balcony was a nice addition. It was also great to have access to a restaurant at the hotel. Check-out time was generous and we were able to leave our bags.

There were no English Language TV channels. I would expect CNN and BBC News Service. Reception staff were not very helpful. I asked about metro and she didn't know said I would have to ask at the Metro! Balcony was excellent. Location excellent.

Staff and room were excellent. The only issue i had was the HVAC system, i could never get it to work correctly. The constructon work next to the proprety was a little noise in the mornings and inconvenient to get around.

We were surprised that our stay included breakfast AND vouchers to dine at the attached Italian restaurant. Loved the location. The room was charming, efficient, comfortable. Easy access to Transit within a block—RER B straight to CDG, another train straight to Versailles, and other metro. Would stay here again.

We stayed at this property for a week and have made the right decision to do so. This a quaint hotel that is centrally located and close to lots of attractions. The metro is around the corner which made it very easy to explore the city. Lots of restaurants nearby which could make the evenings a bit noisy but didn’t mind it at all rather added charm to our stay. Breakfast was nice too which got our days going. The staff were excellent! Special mention to Emma, ladies in the restaurant and Divine (housekeeping) who were so helpful and quick to respond and did it with big smiles. Would recommend this place and will be back for our next stay.

Great location and really cute hotel!
This hotel has a great location and is close to everything. Really great service, the room was super cute and clean. We got a room with a balcony and had a glass of wine while people watching. Great little cafe/restaurant downstairs and a chocolate shop right across the street!

Great hotel so conveniently located. 5 minute walk to Notre Dame, several Metro stations, Left Bank sites. The staff was beyond pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with wood floors and stone walls. Loved this place.
